The Governing Board for Jackson River Governor’s School, located at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College, recently reorganized for the 2012-2013 school year. Board members are (seated, from left) Teresa Ellison representing the city of Buena Vista, and Cathy Lowry, Bath County; (standing, from left) Tammy Scruggs-Duncan, city of Covington; John Alderson, Botetourt County; and Rob Fridley, Alleghany County. Kathy Lowry is the Chairman and Teresa Ellison is the Vice-Chairman. JRGS Director Eddie Graham was appointed Clerk of the Board.
