Photos: Early spring on the way?
Spring is on it’s way, if you can believe your eyes. I captured this photo of flowers blooming on Water Street in Fincastle, Va. Paige Ware told me about the flowers blooming, so I went on my lunch break to capture this bloom while its still pretty. With more snow in the forecast it will be gone forever.
