Attic Productions, Botetourt’s Community Theater is proud to present their Youth Show for 2013, “Archie and the Wallflower” by Kevin Stone. Cathy Henderson is directing this presentation.

Show Dates: February 7, 8, and 9, 2013.

Thursday and Friday performances are at 7:30 PM and Saturday performances at 2:30 and 7:30 PM.

All seats are $6 and seating is by general admission. No reservations are necessary, so come join the fun.

Play Synopsis:

This clever comedy gets two green thumbs up! The New Leaf Greenhouse is facing foreclosure, but owner Filmore Potts and his employees are busy with other matters — from hosting a garden party for the uppity Butterfly Club, to dealing with an explosive experiment concocted by Nate, the resident scientist. To make the day even more volatile, Ivy has concocted a love potion to win over Pete, who barely notices her. Wouldn’t you know? The pitcher containing the secret love tonic looks just like Nate’s new plant-growth formula as well as the Butterfly Club’s lemonade, resulting in a jumble of unrequited love triangles, unnatural vegetation and one disastrous garden party.
