Bank of Botetourt announces recent promotions
Bank of Botetourt is pleased to announce the promotion of six employees.

Shelly Martin
Shelley M. Martin has been promoted to the position of Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of the Fairfield Office. A native of Rockbridge County, she graduated from Lexington High School in 1992. She has been working in the banking industry in Rockbridge County for 20 years, joining Bank of Botetourt in 2002.
Most recently, Martin was among 65 bankers receiving graduation certificates on August 3, 2012 from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. The three-year school is sponsored by the Virginia Bankers Association. Along with her branch manager duties, she serves as a Commercial Loan Officer. Martin resides in Collierstown with her husband, John and her daughters, Jamie and Morgan.

Stacy M. Stevens
Stacy M. Stevens has been promoted to Mortgage Loan Officer. He is primarily responsible for secondary market lending, assisting customers in the Rockbridge area.
Stevens has worked in the mortgage field for over 16 years. He graduated with his Masters in Music History and Criticism in 1997 from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond. Stevens currently resides in Rockbridge Baths with his wife, Vicki, where he is an active member and elder of Bethesda Presbyterian Church. He is also the Treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 29 and a guitarist/singer/songwriter with Southpaw, an award-winning, Rockbridge County based rock band.

Lisa D. Pledge
Lisa D. Pledge has been promoted to Loan Compliance Officer. A native of Roanoke, she has been working in the banking industry for 20 years, joining Bank of Botetourt in 2007 as a Commercial Loan Processor and Lead Loan Processor. Lisa is engaged to George Dalton and resides in Roanoke City with her daughter, Makatlyn.

Dustin D. Bays
Dustin G. Bays has been promoted to Assistant Vice President/Internal Auditor. Prior to joining Bank of Botetourt in 2011, Bays was associated with Elliott Davis, LLC. He graduated from Emory & Henry College and holds a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Bays currently resides in Roanoke with his wife, Katherine and currently serves as the Junior Team Tennis Coordinator for Roanoke.

Debbie W. Plogger
Debbie W. Plogger has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Title Services. A native of Rockbridge County, she has been working in the banking industry for over 33 years. Plogger joined Bank of Botetourt in 2001 as Secondary Market Loan Processor/Manager of the Title Insurance Services division. She is licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission Buerau of Insurance as a Title Insurance Underwriter. Plogger currently resides in Rockbridge Baths with her husband, Rodney and is a member of the Rockbridge Chapter of the NWTF.

April S. Graybill
April S. Graybill has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Eagle Rock Office. She joined Bank of Botetourt in 2003 as a Head Teller/Consumer Banker and has over 23 years of banking experience. Graybill graduated from Virginia Western Community Collage with an Associate in Applied Science and Mary Baldwin with a Bachelor of Arts. A native of Roanoke City, she resides in Daleville with her husband, Robert. She is a member of Parkway Wesleyan Church.
