Jeff Stritesky elected Botetourt County Republican Party Chairman.

Jeff Stritesky is the new Botetourt County Republican Party chairman.
At a specially called meeting of the Botetourt County Republican Committee on February 21, 2013, Stritesky was elected unanimously as the permanent Republican Party Chairman. Stritesky of Daleville, is a Lieutenant with the Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office. He is married to Irma Stritesky and has two children, Jeffrey and Ashley. Prior to the election, he was the Botetourt County GOP’s Vice Chairman.
The previous Chairmen, Wade Anderson, resigned due to a job relocation. Anderson is the new School Board Attorney for Henrico County Public Schools in the Richmond area.
Botetourt County GOP Secretary, Sandy Gates, stated that “Jeff is a strong, hard working leader who is well organized and is an excellent facilitator who employs team building and management skills. He is easy going and a person who brings a smile to everyone’s face. It has been an honor to work beside him on the Committee.”
The position of Vice Chairman was vacant so the committee elected D. Scott Miller as the new Vice Chairman. Miller is married to Jodie Miller and they have two children, Amanda and Barron. He is a self-employed Real Estate Developer.
Stritesky who had been the Republican committee vice chairman and served as a temporary chairman said, ” It is with gratitude I accept the position and am honored that those who support me have such confidense in me. I will to the best of my abilities move the Botetourt Republican Party forward.”
