The state now charges for the service and I will be competitive.” He is going to be a TSP technical service provider and one of the things he can bring to the table is the CAP (Conservation Activity Plan) for forest management with cost share. The program associated with it is the NRCS (National Resources Conservation Services) CAP program’s forestry component. The Land owner signs up for it and ends up with little to no cost for land owner. He has a really good map plan and can formulate a multiple use plan and help the land owner implement it.
