LBHS’s Mariah Martin signs to play soccer on college level at Tusculum College
Mariah Martin a senior at Lord Botetourt High School signed to play soccer at Tusculum College in Tennessee on Thursday Feb. 28. The school library filled with her team mates friends and LBHS staff. The goal keeper for the Cavalier girls varsity team is also playing on the basketball team headed for the state quarter finals this weekend in Salem.
Martin was praised by her coaches and administrators for her hard work ethic. She thanked her teammates, coaches and parents for helping her along the way. She is the daughter of Shelly and Kent Martin who flanked her as she signed on the dotted line. After basketball and spring soccer, it is on to the next level of play for Mariah Martin!
