Sophie C. Currier, 33, of Massachusetts, had sued the National Board of Medical Examiners to get an additional 60 minutes of break time in the exam. She argued she risked medical complications of her own if she did not breast feed her child every two to three hours, according to an article in the New York Times. Usually students only receive 45 minutes of break time during the exam.
