Hokie Explorer : →http://www.explorevt.net/What the university doesn’t tell you is that just before 18:00 on the evening of the 11th, Blacksburg Rescue was dispatched to 301A Webb Street (Tech Terrace) for a “possible DOA”. For those of you who don’t know, that means dead-on-arrival.
Combined with the fact that no one is releasing details makes it a little mysterious. I'll let you draw your own conclusions.
