Up tempo should translate to layups or short range jumpers, high percetage shots. 36 and 43% not acceptable.

If you say run and then slow it down, they may wonder what you are doing. Younger kids want to run these days, so you have to have a system that is interesting to them, esp. to get them to come to Blacksburg.
