Chevelle coming to Cattle Annie's

Road trip alert: If you're into the hard rock, check out Chevelle at Cattle Annie's, Lynchburg, on March 12.

The band has spent the past couple of years five years running up and down Billboard's modern rock chart. It's latest single, "I Get It," peaked at No. 4. That cut comes from the band's April 2007 release, Vena Sera.

In an e-mail, Cattle Annie's says that tickets are on sale now for ages 21 and older. The show is set for 8 p.m.

Other acts coming to the Lynchburg joint in the next month or so include: Saliva and Drowning Pool (Feb. 16); Eric Church (March 1); and Joe Nichols (March 29). Call (434) 846-3206 for more info.

OH!! Thanks Tad! :) Looks like I have two road trips to make!

Why can't we get someone in Roanoke to bring these kind of National Acts in? Sheesh!

Ralph

I know, I know. We have to console ourselves with nobodies like Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood.
