Trampled by Turtles at Daleville Music Pavilion

The little town of Daleville, in Botetourt County, has itself a primo outdoor venue, the Daleville Music Pavilion. On a huge field just past Lord Botetourt High School, a first-class stage is a permanent fixture. And they’re bringing in shows.

Last night was a good example, when 101.5 The Music Place and Kirk Avenue Music Hall’s Gary Jackson teamed to present Trampled by Turtles. TbT headlined to a crowd of about 1,000, and kept most of them engaged and shouting “TbT! TbT!” in between songs.

Here, the band plays “Keys to Paradise.”

About this blog

cutNscratch is The Roanoke Times music blog. Music reporter Tad Dickens enjoys pickin' and grinnin' and drummin', and he likes to write about music, too. He'll post plenty about local, regional and national music, but it won't be any fun at all if you don't jump in and have your say. So do it!
