The Kings have been a Roanoke party band institution for many years now, long before I was ever around, coverning the music scene. And after all this time, through lineup changes that still include core members, the band is still up to the task.

Here, the band covers Chuck Brown’s “Bustin’ Loose,” a great choice. And I’ll bet it’s the only act around here that does it. Popping horns, and good musicianship all the way around at Brambleton Deli on a lucky Friday the 13th in Big Lick.
