The old radio show, freshly moved to Tuesday nights, begins at 9 p.m. Stream it at 101.5 The Valleys’s Music Place.

Among the songs you’ll hear is My Radio‘s “Life Moves On,” from the record “Starts In The East, Falls In The West.” It is a very fine pop-rock album, and has been receiving good reviews, including this one from Absolute Punk, about which the band is very proud. Justifiably so.

And here is the article and podcast The Roanoke Times published about the band last November.

Tonight’s show also features local music from Cory Campbell, and from Tommy Castro Group, a West Coast act that features Roanoker James Pace on keyboards. Also on the show, Nikki Hill, a fantastic rock ‘n’ roll singer managed by Botetourt County resident Harry Turner. Enjoy!

About this blog

cutNscratch is The Roanoke Times music blog. Music reporter Tad Dickens enjoys pickin' and grinnin' and drummin', and he likes to write about music, too. He'll post plenty about local, regional and national music, but it won't be any fun at all if you don't jump in and have your say. So do it!
