Dierks had his own people cooking for him that night. They were working beside me in the kitchen though. I know he had pork chops, but that’s about all I saw them doing.

Thanks for covering Chris Eanes. As a friend of his mother’s Patti Esperti), I have been very aware of this young man’s quest to please the enertainers who visit our city. He is a hard working employee who seeks to make these visitors to our city feel “at home”. He researches, as with Amanda Lambert; he follows guidelines/requests of those who are more regimented or he treats them to some of his creative, delicious recipes.
They leave our fair Star City impressed with Chris’ efforts to please; which, in turn, also speaks well for this food ambassador!Ovations Food Services has a gem of an employee who is not only a talented chef, but a person who goes beyond the call of duty to to make Roanoke a memorable spot on their tours.
