Your daily Letter to the Columnist — Jan. 17, 2012
Casey is ‘A harvester of souls for the Jews and their serpent gods’
Mr. Casey:
Your recent blog post on the article “Roanoke: A Model of Middle Class Disintegration” was brought to my attention.
The article published by AFP is a rewritten and condensed version of a report that I recently assisted in producing for the Iranian news wire FARS, part of the effort to educate the Iranian people about the moral and economic decline of our Great Satan.
The original has longer copy and is accompanied by about forty photographs and ten minutes of video.
I attach the original text. I’m sure my editor, Mostafa Afzalzadeh, would love to discuss it with you in depth if you have the interest. He is currently on assignment in Syria, but is available by email.
And do not mistake my politeness for delusion into who are what you are — a harvester of souls for the Jews and their serpent gods.
Bill White
Ex-jail inmate
Commander
American National Socialist Workers Party
—————————————————
Note from Dan: Bill supplied his editor’s email address, which I redacted from the email above. As the only Roanoke journalist to call for White’s release from jail, (I was way ahead of the curve on that one) I’m understandably miffed about his characterization of me.
On the other hand, in terms of flamboyant insults, it ranks up there with Al’s description of my column: ” . . . a habanero enemina [sic] administered with a 40-foot-long barbed-wire-wrapped hose.”

“And do not mistake my politeness for delusion into who are what you are…”
So, he and Spanky had the same English teacher it seems. Or perhaps this is translated from the Farsi.

Wow just when you think folks in Roanoke are truly normal.
When I tell folks where I live, they always seem to bring up this nut.
On the other side of the coin there are many folks here that are just like any other town except I think there’s a ton of good music in these parts.

I believe in free speech but giving this paranoid flamethrower an audience, however small, for his convoluted crapola is seriously wrong. Let him say whatever he wants to say. Justy don’t give him free space in which to say it.

Give tubby boi billy a break; he’s still a little sore from his stint in Chi’ town and the discomfort makes him a bit bitchy at times. Somebody get princess some prep H and a another cell mate so he’ll shut the hell up. This dirtbag has got to be the demon hybrid spawn of suz and Perez Hilton.

What folks don’t understand is that the word “Socialist” in Germany’s Nazi party had nothing to do with Socialism. It was a buzz work to put the middle class and strong workers unions at ease. Once Hitler came to power he abolished all national and local organisations and if you dared to resist you disappeared. This was has early as 1933, months after he came to power. This “Socialist” Burned down the Reichstag, blamed it on the communists and had president Hindenburg sign off on a state of emergency giving dictatorial powers that Hitler took to his grave with him. When the German Supreme court failed to convict the scapegoats the SS put forth as responsible for the fire, (except the one who confessed under torture) Hilter became infuriated and dissolved the court and created a court made up of only 2 professional Judges and 5 members of the Nazi Party. There was no function of the German life that was not controlled by Hitler. Businesses, Banking, Military, Education, Church, even recreation and procreation.
The moral is, don’t take lightly what a Bill White says, he means every word and given the opportunity, would visit on this country an unimaginable Hell not seen on this earth since his Demigod perpetrated the crime of the 20th century on the entire world.
The stamp above is a perfect example of the lie of Hitler. His is posing; weary yet vigilant over a Germany rising. The building in the background appears to be built over the ruins of defeat from the last war or maybe allied bombing during WW11. It shows a Nation devoted, evidenced by the not 1 but 2 Nazi flags flying in a show of unity for the savior of Germany Der Fuhrer. Scary stuff.
Never Forget. Never let it happen again.

Cold is reading a truly great book.
Comment by Dan Casey — January 18, 2012 @ 12:30 am
Cold is right, but I think the people we need to worry about are not the ones screaming insanity from the sidelines and fringes, although they are dangerous, they carry no weight, no promise and no future. The people who can do real and lasting damage are the “patriots” who want to “take their country back” as if it has been overrun in a coup. These people are anathema to democracy, to the rules of law and to the process of free and fair elections. President Obama was elected by the people in this nation and they have been trying to nullify, overturn and discredit that since the night it happened. His legitimacy, his right to be in charge, his leadership, his vision, his policy, his administration, his efforts and even his personal beliefs have all been denigrated, sneered at, laughed at and decried in ways that would make the propaganda machines of Germany jealous. This “divide and conquer” mentality has harmed this entire nation. Instead of working for solutions, putting their heads together for a working if not united front, this Congress and the TP/GOP has been willing to sacrifice jobs, prosperity, our credit rating, our world standing, our ideals and yes, our rule of law, all for the sake of bringing President Obama down. Wake up people.
““When and if fascism comes to America it will not be labeled ‘made in Germany’; it will not be marked with a swastika; it will not even be called fascism; it will be called, of course, ‘Americanism’”
http://technoccult.net/archives/2010/03/03/who-really-said-when-fascism-comes-to-america-it-will-come-wrapped-in-the-flag-and-waving-a-cross/
When you own the government, you own the nation. You can scoff at elections, you can refuse to recognize authority, you can denigrate elected leaders, you can question their legitimacy, you can protect one class above another, you decide the laws, legislation, and policy or you can make the wheels slow to a crawl. President Obama has not been “in charge” of this nation; not for a moment, not in any real sense. Any progress, any initiative has been hard fought and deeply opposed by those bought and paid for. We cannot sustain this kind of nation people. Not in bad economic times and not in good economic times. If you think this 2012 election is our biggest concern, you are not paying attention.

“5.What folks don’t understand is that the word “Socialist” in Germany’s Nazi party had nothing to do with Socialism”
I understand this, and lots of people understand it. It’s the “Hitler was a liberal” crowd that have difficulty processing this information.
I didn’t realize White had hooked up with the Iranians. If he’s not on some DHS list somewhere, he should be. Probably makes life miserable for the other 10,000 William Whites out there.

Let me try to understand. Hitler didn’t practice Catholicism, but because he said he was Catholic, he therefore was. Meanwhile, Hitler called himself a socialist; he practiced socialism, but he somehow wasn’t a socialist.
Got it.
Comment by Suzie — January 18, 2012 @ 11:32 am
Several things to note Sandi. Hitler came to power legitimately and everything he did after taking power was constitutionally legal as per the Weimar Republic Constitution written up and approved by the members of the Weimar Republic Reichstag. Don’t think a fringe candidate can be no threat to the US. As far as I’m concerned the majority of the GOP candidates are fringe and just might be able to be elected.
What brought Hitler to power was a deadlocked Reichstag. 9 competing parties with none controlling more than 30 percent of the vote. As a matter of fact the Republic was making progress from 1925-1929 with the boom years of the 20′s just like America and the rest of the western powers. It was the world wide collapse of the markets that gridlocked the Reichstag and enabled Hitler to be named Chancellor after 2 previous Chancellors attempted to put together a coalition government. After dissolving the Reichstag 5 times and voting in new Reichstag members did Hindenburg appoint Hitler Chancellor. The rest is history.
That’s why it is very important to our political health for 2 viable competing parties to balance each other while working together for the good of the US. This has not been happening for some time now and is a disturbing issue our politicians need to resolve. If not? Who knows what the future holds. I know it chilled me to the bone to hear radical GOP debate attendees give a standing ovation to the racist Gingrich arrogant response to Juan Williams. What is going on? Time will tell.
Comment by Cold n P — January 18, 2012 @ 11:35 am
Oh I get what you are saying Cold and I agree 100%. I have faith that a Bill White could never get elected. I have no such faith that a Ron Paul or Rick Santorum type fringe candidate could get elected and do just as they promise. Maybe there is really only a distinction in my mind. God, I hope not, but I should certainly know better than to think so after a couple years here.

Only in that sideways world that right wingers live in do you “got it” Suzie. In the real world, you proved you do not have a clue nor the ability to buy one. I can CALL you a liberal all day long, you could even call yourself open-minded, neither will ever be true.
Comment by Sandi Saunders — January 18, 2012 @ 11:56 am
Dear suzie, educate yourself on the subject before you have a conversation with me on this. I will not waste my time on your ignorance. You can find something on the subject in the History section at any public library.

Cold, I had the same “chilled to the bone” reaction to Newt’s racist response and even more so to his, “…America’s enemies: Kill them” quote and the audience’s reaction to his war mongering remarks. The hair on the back of my neck stood up.
Comment by Bill Perdue — January 18, 2012 @ 12:48 pm
Question for you…Can you name one leader (like Hitler, Stalin, etc) who said they were a socialist who accually practiced socialism?
Comment by Bill Perdue — January 18, 2012 @ 12:52 pm
Plus, Newt has called for a purge of nonconservatives from government. He’s channeling Joe McCarthy. . .
Comment by Dan Casey — January 18, 2012 @ 1:07 pm
I would not be surprised for a Boehner (Or Cantor) led house to waste time on Congressional or Executive ethics issues instead of solving budget and economic problems the country is staggering under. I just read where Food Lion is closing 40+ stores. That’s a bunch of folks out of a job…
Comment by Cold n P — January 18, 2012 @ 1:19 pm
I think stupid people think that applauding Gingrich’s garbage makes them smart by association.
Newt’s suggested impeaching “activist judges”. I guess the concept of an independent and co-equal judiciary doesn’t fit in with his view of the Constitution.
Comment by Kristen — January 18, 2012 @ 1:27 pm
He’s also not the only one. This is a truly disgusting spectacle of the worst the TP/GOP has to offer. Please tell me this is not their A-team. Who knew the entire free world as we know it might depend on the 2012 US elections?

The electorate went a long way towards that in 2010. They need to finish the job for us to get out of the mess we’re in.

Laura and Kristen,
I decided to pull it down, after a thought-provoking comment by Tass.

I believe Republicans are experts at manufacturing and exploiting fear:
They push the fear of immigrants and minorities; fear of losing 2nd Amendment rights; fear of gay rights destroying “families”‘; fear of socialism, communism etc; fear of our government, and on and on. Ignorance seems to be their greatest ally and the “vast right wing agenda” perpetrated through “talk radio” and conservative web and mainstream media. Repetition of lies and uncorrected misinformation, leads to and ill- and un-informed electorate. Preying upon and whipping up nationalistic feelings were techniques used by Hitler to divide and conquer and then demonize and scapegoat the Jewish population. Everything and everyone not considered German enough, was a target. Nationalism became the mantra – and exploiting that nationalism after their defeat in WWI and the economic disaster that followed brought Hitler to power. Much like the events following 9/11 where it was seen as unpatriotic not to wear an American flag lapel pin; and the meme began to be afraid of “foreigners” and “illegal immigrants”. When the economy or world events make people insecure, you get the type of language exhibited by Republican candidates – and sadly they are cheered. Hitler realized that the psychological shock of the economic depression on the German people and the emotions this created: fear, resentment, despair, the longing for reassurance etc., were the most important issues a politician should address and exploit. The republicans seem to read out of this same playbook.
Comment in 1930 by Helmut Gerlach about rising Nazi support:
“If the sun shines once more on the German economy, Hitler’s voters will melt away like snow.”

“If Obama said what Newt said, he’d get a standing ‘O’”
“If President Obama proposed in his upcoming State of the Union speech that inner-city kids get paid to be janitors in their own schools, Democrats in Congress would give him a standing ovation — led by the members of the Congressional Black Caucus.”

Yep.
Newt hit the nail on the head!
The histrionic response from liberals proves it.

LC – again you non-neutral sources…she is as non-partisan as Ann Coulter. You really really need to expand your “knowledge” base…
Cheri Jacobus is a nationally-recognized political strategist, pundit and writer. She is a long-time and frequent guest on CNN, MSNBC, FOX News, CBS.com, CNBC, FBN, HLN, CSPAN and other media outlets, OFFERING POLITICAL OPINION AND ANALYSIS FROM THE REPUBLICAN PERSPECTIVE”

#26 LC – to make this easy for you…someone else’s OPINION is not fact and is basically worthless unless supported by some facts, research etc. from which they would draw a conclusion. For example, because you posted a link to someone’s opinion, you did no research to prove your point just quoted a partisan talking head…so, it is basically a worthless post…
Comment by Hillary — January 18, 2012 @ 6:38 pm
And if Newt had simply said “that inner-city kids get paid to be janitors in their own schools” we would not be having this discussion. THAT is NOT what he said. HE made it racial and class warfare, not us.
HE said: “If the NAACP invites me, I’ll go to their convention and talk about why the African-American community should demand paychecks and not be satisfied with food stamps.”
And HE said this: “Really poor children in really poor neighborhoods have no habits of working and have nobody around them who works,” the former House speaker said at a campaign event at the Nationwide Insurance offices. “So they literally have no habit of showing up on Monday. They have no habit of staying all day. They have no habit of ‘I do this and you give me cash,’ unless it’s illegal.”
Stop not helping yourself tell the truth and see the difference. Even fake names deserve a modicum of credibility. All things considered, our “response” has been less strident than the racist prig deserves.
Comment by Sandi Saunders — January 18, 2012 @ 6:51 pm
Yes, Dan Casey, you wrote one article urging Bill White be let out of jail (because he had been imprisoned for lawful activities), but you had endless chances since 2008 to write articles educating the people of Roanoke on the topic of how in a free society, opinions unpopular with “the Jews” should be safe. Go ahead and do it.
Hitler came to power when somebody died. He didn’t really win any elections.
