LOOK, TERPS, filthy jobless lazy hippy commies driving families away from Elmwood Park in 1969. Break out the magnifying glass and I’m sure you’ll find somebody defecating or dropping trash or raping or fornicating or something or other.
Is that a call girl sting?
The stench of desperation is strong.
And….more people enjoying the free and unfettered practice of their “religion”. This poor boy’s mother is apparently a slow learner.
I wonder if the fringe types whining about employers not being able to weed birth control out of their group health offerings will be up there protesting these fine folk having their surviving children pulled.
We Dems don’t like being the minority. So we gonna hold the state budget for 11 miles of train track.
Pouty little babies.
I look for this blog to clear out this fall after Obama’s landslide win
That’s funny. Even liberal Gallup has Obama trailing by 5, and they’re doing they’re best to help him out.http://www.gallup.com/home.aspx
Face it. NO serious prognosticator thinks Monkey Boy has a prayer. This thing is over and has been for almost a year.
Citigroup shareholders voted yesterday to reject the bank’s executive compensation package. The CEO package was somewhere around $49 million. Citigroup was required to hold the vote because of a provision in the Dodd-Frank Act. The vote is non binding so it will be very interesting to see how the Company responds.
IMO, there is no way the CEO creates $49 million in value for Citi. I hope this is the start of a shareholder revolution against obscene Sr. Exec compensation. What better place for it to start than in banking.
Hey gdad, I think that’s a younger terps, holding up the “Peace!” sign. . .
“Face it. NO serious prognosticator thinks Monkey Boy has a prayer. This thing is over and has been for almost a year.”
You keep telling yourself that, Suzie. Ha, ha.
“Citigroup shareholders voted yesterday to reject the bank’s executive compensation package. The CEO package was somewhere around $49 million. Citigroup was required to hold the vote because of a provision in the Dodd-Frank Act. The vote is non binding so it will be very interesting to see how the Company responds.”
Imagine that. Stockholders having no say in CEO compensation. It’s been clear since at least 2000 that actual voters don’t necessarily have a say in the election for president, and now it has spread to the corporations. I reckon it’s another sign of the corprofascism that’s slowly gaining hold in this country.
Here’s a link to an interesting article about it, Bill Perdue.
Glad to see that thar ain’t no racism whar you is, Suzie.
slowly gaining hold
Dan, you are being slow. Fascism is a durn dun deal in this country since W took office, at least.
Dan, why on the world do you allow the “monkey boy” posts from Susie. IMHO they are a violation of the terms on conditions of Roanoke.com and enough to get her kicked off every blog on the website.
Thanks for the link Debbie. I agree with Mike Mayo…the only question is what took so long?”
10. Dan, this is one of the reasons the GOP wants to void Dodd-Frank. their CEO buddies are having their salaries trimmed by stockholders, finally. The Board of Directors for the public companies has beeen a closed club that has stamped the salary card for their CEO buddies for years. Finally, with Dodd-Frank, the stockholders at least have a vote in the matter. If the Board does not listen, they too can be removed. Dodd-Frank was weakened by Wall Street lobbyists before passage, but it is at least some control over Wall Street.
So Obama eats dogs, huh? Well if they were sh_t eating dogs, at least he can claim self defense…..
9. MTroll – no one, even most of the RWers on this site thinks Romney has a chance, in fact, most of them cannot stand Romney.
Bill Perdue, I can’t get out tonight, but will be out at Martins on Friday night. You going to be around?
“filthy jobless lazy hippy commies ”
they do not look like hippies to me, they aren’t even dressed like hippies used to dress, what a moron you are gdud..besides it was the ows that did those stupid things, not hippies, there is a huge difference and if you don’t know what it is, then you really are a moron supreme
well with those ears he does like like a monkey..so do a lot of people with big ears, he just happens to be in the spotlight as pretend president and we call what we see…now moochele, she walks like a camel with absolutely NO grace, and is that racist too dearie, if you think so, you’re quite ignorant of the meaning…you libbies need to calm down, we know you’re terrified…
This can’t be good…
GULF SEAFOOD DEFORMITIES ALARM SCIENTISTS
New Orleans – 18 Apr 2012
Eyeless shrimp and fish with lesions are becoming common, with BP oil pollution believed to be the likely cause.
Dr Cowan, with Louisiana State University’s Department of Oceanography and Coastal Sciences started hearing about fish with sores and lesions from fishermen in November 2010. Cowan’s findings replicate those of others living along vast areas of the Gulf Coast that have been impacted by BP’s oil and dispersants.
…they are finding disturbing numbers of mutated shrimp, crab and fish that they believe are deformed by chemicals released during BP’s 2010 oil disaster.
Along with collapsing fisheries, signs of malignant impact on the regional ecosystem are ominous: horribly mutated shrimp, fish with oozing sores, underdeveloped blue crabs lacking claws, eyeless crabs and shrimp – and interviewees’ fingers point towards BP’s oil pollution disaster as being the cause.
Cowan believes chemicals named polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), released from BP’s submerged oil, are likely to blame for what he is finding, due to the fact that the fish with lesions he is finding are from “a wide spatial distribution that is spatially coordinated with oil from the Deepwater Horizon, both surface oil and subsurface oil. A lot of the oil that impacted Louisiana was also in subsurface plumes, and we think there is a lot of it remaining on the seafloor”. http://www.aljazeera.com/indepth/features/2012/04/201241682318260912.html?utm_content=features&utm_campaign=features&utm_source=twitter&utm_term=rss&utm_medium=tweet
AS YOU ALL MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE NOTICED, I HAVE CHANGED MY AVATAR AGAIN IN ‘HONOR’ OF SCREWZIE NO LONGER BEING THE HELL OUT OF HERE.
Dan has always let all of my posts go through except one time, when Screwzie pretended to be offended by the s-word, but he reposted it after I rewrote it, but I’m the hell out of here anyway. You kids have fun.
Wow! That was fast! I was badgered by so many friends so quickly to come back that I just can’t stay away! Thanks everyone! I’m back.
Make sure you wear this t-shirt when voting this fall, Suzie, just so everyone knows how crazy you are:
Thank you Bill Perdue. I agree. That is Ted Nugent kind of crap and it should not be allowed in any moderated forum.
@6: Who will you be whoring for after the president wins reelection?
You just used the same offensive phrase. I think Susie is using it for irony since Bush was derided by liberals as looking like a “chimp”.
Bill Perdue, I respect your point, but it’s Dan’s call, his blog, and his reputation. I think she should be allowed to say it, yet accountable for whatever anyone thinks about her saying it. Why prevent her from letting others make more informed judgments about her character? A lot of things get uglier when they go underground. I would rather have a much smaller amount of ugly speech out where I can see it than huge quantites flowing behind our backs where we can’t. Just my two cents.
There’s no violation, Bill Perdue. 0bama resembles a monkey, just as liberals say Bush resembled a monkey.
Man, we have all the “stars” out on the blog today . . . Suzie . . . pammala . . . Matt Herring . . . Henry .
Where are Al and Bob H?
Is there a full moon?
Hi Rick, we will be downtown somewhere Friday night and most likely end up at Martins. Let’s plan on getting together. Is Adam playing at Martins? There is a lot going on downtown this weekend folks. Hope to see you there!
To the defenders of Suzie’s term for President Obama: forget the FACt that you know it would be considered by reasonable people to be racist – it is disrespecting of the office of the President of the United Stares. If someone used the term to describe President Bush, shame on them. Anyone using that term has NO credibility in my book.
it is disrespecting of the office of the President of the United Stares.
This guy’s not a legitimate president. He essentially stole that office by lying and misrepresenting himself, and the liberal media helped him steal it by not vetting him.
“Anyone using that term has NO credibility in my book.”
As I said, Bill, she is responsible for the reputation she builds and your opinion wouldn’t have the opportunity to be formed as well if she were stifled. There has been gratuitous disrespect for all Presidents and the office past and present. I don’t condone it, but think the First Amendment ought to flow just a litle freer than you do. YMMV.
To the defenders of Suzie’s term for President Obama: forget the FACt that you know it would be considered by reasonable people to be racist
Bill can only mean racist toward whites since chimpanzees have ‘white’ characteristics of thin lips and larger ears. I guess he thinks I’m going after 0bama’s Irish Caucasian half.
Jon Stewart shows how unfair and unbalanced Fox News really is:
Fox News proclaims there is a war on everything under the sun but get indignent about Dems saying the GOP has declared war on women.
The first clip with some Wisconsin politician is unbelievable. I thought I had been transported back at least one generation. He tries to justify that it is ok to pay men more for the same job. WOW! The GOP has gone completely insane!
This guy’s not a legitimate president. He essentially stole that office by lying and misrepresenting himself, and the liberal media helped him steal it by not vetting him.”
Do Do Do Do….Do Do Do Do..you have just entered the twilight zone. Just wondering, do the voices that talk to you in your head sound like Rush?
Sure we should “allow” and even encourage this open racist hatred because what could possibly be said that is worse if it was not allowed here? Again with that brilliant logic we expect.
He does it because it gets him attention, as does the poor besieged cheerleader she abuses and the female screen name she appropriates. Even poor simple pammala cannot match him for being less “womanly”. Yet another reason he has never had a child too. “Suzie” is many things, but a woman is not one of them.
The more often you make moderates and independent voters cringe the better the ending for me, so I beg you to keep it up, increase the hatred, vitriol and epithets. It works on every level to achieve what I want.
And pammala, you FINALLY got something right! I am deeply, everlastingly and irredeemably “terrified” that people like you, Suzie and Matt Herring are taken for Americans.
Contra, I love you! Even today, you made me smile. Thanks!! Would to God I could laugh them off.
Just look at this list and even simple minds can see the “war on women” is very, very real.
Dad-blasted liberal media is up to it again.
Open racist hatred like your Dem buddies Sharpton, Jackson Calypso Louie. Where is the outrage over their racist hated? My favorite Calypso Louie threatening to kill all the leaders?
42 Moveon.org for simple minds like yours. “war on women” it’s BS BS BS BS BS BS BS!
Been out all day. So, I not sure this is not already somewhere on the blog — although I look through this thread, quickly.

Judge in Zimmerman Case Disqualifies Herself
By Joe Palazzolo
A Florida judge disqualified herself from the state’s case against George Zimmerman, who is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
Seminole County Circuit Judge Jessica Recksiedler stepped aside at the request of Mr. Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara. Judge Recksiedler’s husband, Jason Recksiedler, is a partner in the law firm of Mark NeJame, an attorney who said he had been asked by contacts of Mr. Zimmerman to take on his case before referring it to Mr. O’Mara. Mr. NeJame is now a paid CNN legal analyst commenting on the case.
On the one hand I like judges recusing themselves, if for no other reason it eliminates one issue for appeal.
On the other hand I dislike judges recusing themselves unless there is a strong link or clear conflict, if for no other reason doing so establishes precedent and the expectation of recusing leading to more appeals.
Assuming argumento, that the media published issues are the only conflicts, do you think she should have disqualified herself?
Next you’ll be claiming that an eight year old boy who was fed dog meat by his stepfather exhibits the same judgment charcteristics as the 30 year old adult who straps his dog into a crate on top of his car for a 900 mile vacation trip. Anybody see a slight bit of difference here?
Apparently not you dittoheads.
#20 Good lord, pammala, you don’t even recognize sarcasm? You’re more ignorant than I thought.
#21 Poor pammala is jealous.
#17 Matt just can’t suppress that redneck background.
33. Bill Perdue, I got it wrong, I will be at Growlers for Shorefire and Lazyman. Can you make it out that way.
JohnW, just admit the racism doesn’t bother you. You’ll feel better.
I think it’s likely a good thing she stepped aside. This is one of those trials, rightly or wrongly, doesn’t need anything to call the ultimate judicial decision into question. Judges I’ve known have been scrupulous about recusing themselves when there’s a scintilla of hint of conflict. I’ve also found those same judges to be the most objective people I’ve ever met. My reading on the judge in this case tells me she would have gone out of her way to be objective, but stepping aside removes a potential basis for appeal.
I’ve been unable to do much on this blog in recent days. The academic year is coming to an end. Lots of end of year stuff that I have to get done. Also, I’ve been preparing with my staff, next year’s budget proposal for my board to approve. Additionally, have been visiting a lot of people to beg for money for my institution. The legislature here has finally adjourned, but have been very busy working with colleagues to assure funding for a number of programs supported by state funding. Have also been attending several meetings with other Catholic college presidents and bishops on the issue of religious freedom among others. In short, I’ve been doing what I need to do to assure the continued viability of my college. I’ll try to check in periodically, but probably not as often. Take care and play nice.
I’ll keep repeating this as often as necessary. Restricting abortions, aka saving lives is in no way, shape, or form “war on women”. Most women detest the notion of destroying their own children, contrary to the misinformation from the left.
Sure we should “allow” and even encourage this open racist hatred because what could possibly be said that is worse if it was not allowed here? Again with that brilliant logic we expect.
As I recall, it was Sandi who was voted the #1 racist on the blog in my facebook survey. The reason most people went that way was she screams ‘racism’ where none exists, thereby trivializing true racism.
Just like she’s doing now.
Maloof, you get them to post it here and I will treat them the same way I do you and Suzie. Birds of a feather and all.
Well, I guess your “war on women” it’s BS BS BS BS BS BS BS!” proves that even simple minds can be overestimated. I beg pardon for doing so.
The judge did the right thing, even though I doubt there’s a conflict (someone else may see it differently though, and that’s the key).
Clarence Thomas should have done the same with the Affordable Care Act, because of the income his wife has earned working against it.
Who knows? Thomas may still do the right thing. If he does, my estimation of him will rise a couple of notches.
Suzie, you said I was the number one racist in your silly Facebook survey of numbskulls in the alternate universe. I actually took pride in that, because to anyone even marginally sentient it meant I was the LEAST racist.
And now you’re going and claiming it was Sandi. Par for the course.
How’s that rent-a-car stand up at the airport doing these days, anyway?
Good Lord, like we all believe you A) have Facebook friends, B) encourage them to read your bile! You are so funny!
Dan, only some judges have integrity.
That’s laughable, singling out Obamacare as the one case Thomas should sit out because of something his wife does. If anyone should recuse herself, it should be the softball player who doesn’t like men. Elena Kagan was Idiot Boy’s SG who argued Obamacare in front of the court. But nah, no bias there.
Suzie, you said I was the number one racist
Right. Dan was voted the top racist overall with 10 because of his racist column on Cain. (And now he’s enhancing his rep by suggesting the lone black man on the court should recuse himself because of his white wife’s activities. We can all read between the lines there.)
I meant Sandi led the bloggers. She actually co-led with Kristen. Both had 6 votes as I recall
Hope that clears it up.
“If anyone should recuse herself, it should be the softball player who doesn’t like men. Elena Kagan was Idiot Boy’s SG who argued Obamacare in front of the court. But nah, no bias there.”
It’s a lie that Kagan has argued ACA in front of the Supreme Court. That’s what you do. You make stuff up.
Clarence Thomas’ wife, on the other hand, has earned hundreds of thousands of dollars working against the ACA. And they NEED that money. His salary of $223,500 goes only so far in DC. It’s a very expensive place to live. He’s living well because the Koch bros. bought his wife. How the hell to you think he’s going to vote? Like they tell him to, of course. He knows which side his bread is buttered on. He’s not that dumb.
In other words, Kristen and Sandi should feel nearly as proud as I do, because all three of use were putatively voted racists by bunch of comic book characters who live in an alternative universe. I mean, you cannot make this stuff up.
Yet, she still does.
You didn’t answer the question: Hows the car rental stand doing? Are your numbers up for the year?
Clarence Thomas is probably the most stupid thing George H.W. Bush did as President.
Kagan crafted the government’s defense used in front of the court, so in essence it was her argument. If she had a shred of decency, she’d be gone.
Yeah, and he’s a black guy, isn’t he Ron? Sure doesn’t take long for the leftwing racists to come out of the woodwork.
Sounds like I’m getting to Dan when he starts with the weird insults. This is about the time he starts deleting posts like he did when a couple of weeks ago. But really. It’s not my fault he’s talking bad about the lone black justice who just happens to have a white wife.
Frankly in this day and age, it surprises me some folks would still be bothered by interracial marriages like the Thomases have. I guess the Facebooks voters knew what they were talking about.
Re: Comment by Ron — April 18, 2012 @ 10:06 pm
I tend to agree with your first point Re: the state’s case against George Zimmerman.
OTOH, as to most objective judges, my experience doesn’t support that. I have seen some who were very scrupulous about recusing themselves when there’s a hint of conflict about personal connections (such as those cited in this case), however were very much non-objective about applying their various prejudices, world view, political views, etc.
A quick summary of who appointed which judges in the various health-care cases to date is but one example. An earlier good example would be a long history of civil right cases and of white-on-black criminal cases v. black-on-white cases.
As always YMMV.
Kagan never appeared before the Supreme Court to defend ACA You made that up.
Nor did Kagan in any way craft the government’s defense used in front of the court. You made that up, too.
It was a sincere question, “Suzie.” Not an insult at all — unless you believe that the suggestion someone actually works for a living somehow translates into an “insult.”
I’m generally interested in how the stand is doing. You’re the manager; you ought to know.
The kid in this video gives the appropriate response to your comments on this thread and most others.
#70 God it’s just the same old boring made-up lying crap from suzie. Nothing new. What a sad SOS.
#62 OMG, suzie just proved she is a misogynistic anti-Semite. And what would you have against softball players?
Or are you suggesting something about women who have never married, like, say, Condi Rice?
“I’ll keep repeating this as often as necessary. Restricting abortions, aka saving lives is in no way, shape, or form “war on women”. Most women detest the notion of destroying their own children, contrary to the misinformation from the left.”
Calling a woman pregnant when she’s on her period is PART of the larger war on women. But since you’ve never been pregnant or had a period, you wouldn’t understand that.
I am confused here. Correct me if I’m wrong but I didn’t see one single blogger make a comment about Clarence Thomas and the woman who supports him being a racially mixed couple. Oh wait! Yes there was one. That Suzie what’s her name brought it up. Wonder why that’s so important to her? Could it possibly be that she holds racist views? Maybe you should check her posts for other racist comments.
There is no known benefit to man or dogkind
to convey any live creature (dog, man or otherwise)
on the roof of a car.
As well , no studies have been conducted which
show carrying them are beneficial to gas mileage.
However some religions seem to be of the opinion
that carrying some animals in this fashion can actually
induce a type of time travel..and that on completion
of one with gut growling speed , an animal can be fast forwarded
enough to be able to tell you never to do that &h!# again.
Welcome once again to The Suzie Show. It’s the show that makes people want to change channels.
I am confused here. Correct me if I’m wrong but I didn’t see one single blogger make a comment about Clarence Thomas and the woman who supports him being a racially mixed couple.
It happened about the time Kristen accused bloggers of being racist for criticizing 0bama’s socialist policies.
Very similar to your accusations of racism at the very mention of a black person, isn’t it, hypocrite?
Nor did Kagan in any way craft the government’s defense used in front of the court. You made that up, too.
You would think Dan would learn after being made to look silly so many times. When folks say I make stuff up, I really enjoy rubbing their faces in it and humiliatingthem. In fact I enjoy it so much, maybe I should go to confession.
From a couple of days ago..I was listening to ABC News on tax day talking about protests. Talk about manufactured events — They interviewed a woman who didn’t have a brain in her head, dropping ending consonants right and left. “We done paid our taxes. When da one-percent gonna pay theirs?” If I’m there, I’d be like. “Lady, let’s see your returns. There’s no way in flipping hell you paid any income taxes”.
You’d think if the DNC handlers were going to cook up a fake event like this, they’d at least find some actors that sounded the part. This woman talked like a hooker. And hookers don’t pay taxes.
Suzie you make stuff up, and you did it again about Kagan.
Suzie, compared to you, no one on this planet can look silly, even Ted Nugent looks sane and rational next to you. You do make stuff up and we all know it. You are not honest, not decent, not fair, not kind, not intelligent, not rich, not influential, not a woman, and not welcome here. Did I leave anything out?
#83 In fact I do no such thing. Another thing you’ve made up. I do, however, accuse you of racism when you are the first to drag race in where race has nothing to do with it — as you do frequently. No hypocrisy, just the truth.
#79 My point exactly, bill. Liberals here never bring up race first; it’s always suzie. And then after IT brings it up out of the blue for no reason, IT then pretends it did it to point out liberal hypocrisy. Which is pure nonsense.
In fact I do no such thing. Another thing you’ve made up. I do, however, accuse you of racism when you are the first to drag race in where race has nothing to do with it
Nope. At the very mention of something, you make it into an offense. You just did it with Kagan. I mention some of her preferences and you label me “misogynistic”.
Goodbye..Ruby Tuesday…who could hang a “label”
Still im gonna miss her…someday…someday.
Can she hear me?
really sorry Mick.
#90 You were attacking a woman and a Jew, so of course you’re misogynistic and an anti-Semite — by your own standards on Clarence Thomas comments, that is.
Phew, that was easy.
Re: Comment by Sandi Saunders — April 19, 2012 @ 8:59 am
Suzie, compared to you, no one on this planet can look silly, even Ted Nugent looks sane and rational next to you.
Now that is saying something.
Disclaimer: I am no fan of Ted Nugent and was dismayed by what he said. In fact, I dislike the whole NRA involvement in politics (other than rating candidates on their support of the 2A — regardless of the R, D, I, L, or any other letter behind their name).
FWIIW, a number of us in the Pro-less-restrictions-on-the-RKBA crowd are vocal about the need for the NRA to revise their endorsement system. “… NRA-PVF has an incumbent-friendly policy that requires our support for pro-gun lawmakers seeking re-election” [ http://nraila.org/news-issues/articles/2010/nra-political-victory-fund-making-endo.aspx ].
They have also acknowledged (in the past and I can’t find a link right now) that the grades are relative to the State — i.e., that someone in NY/NJ/HI with a “C” might be an “F” in a Pro-less-restrictions-on-the-RKBA State.
#85 most ill-informed posted, “And hookers don’t pay taxes.” – Well at least you are consistent, that is consistently WRONG [again, and again, and again…]
While brothels and prostitutes are subject to federal income tax and also pay local fees, there is no state income tax in Nevada and brothels are exempt from the state entertainment tax and do not pay any other state taxes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prostitution_in_Nevada
And here’s another fun FACT:
There are about 30 legal brothels operating in Nevada at the moment, and the majority of them are in the northern part of the state near Reno and Carson City. Nye County, located just north of Las Vegas, h
Nevada’s brothels, a $50-million-a-year industry that pays significant amounts of tax to the rural counties in which they operate but only a $100 business license fee to the state.
The industry’s lobbyist, George Flint, director of the Nevada Brothel Association, has been approaching the Legislature’s leadership for months about creating an entertainment tax that would require the state’s 25 legal brothels to give the state some money on a per-transaction basis. The state turned them down….
“Director of the Nevada Brothel Association.”
Now there’s a title to aspire to.
95.“Director of the Nevada Brothel Association.”
Given what most lobbyists do, I’d say that’s about the closest to an honest job description I’ve ever heard.
Suzie, you seem to think your posts will not be viewed in the context of your track record. No such thing is possible. You really can’t go home again. You are what you are and every post proves it. What you want to spin your posts to mean and what your record here reflects are two diametrically opposed things. We know what you are and what you are saying. The shoes fit, stepsister.
So how many hookers are on your block Suzie? “This woman talked like a hooker“. Do tell.
Suzie, you seem to think your posts will not be viewed in the context of your track record.
It wasn’t me who was voted “most racist on the blog” kitten. Take a long look in the mirror.
Are we to assume then, that Suzie is well versed in “how a hooker talks”? And, pray tell, just how did she come by this astonishing amount of information. Is there some personal experience or inside information involved here? Is it just the everydau language she hears in her hood?
Does it have anything to do with members of the “klatsch”? What do all those facebook friends have in common? Inquiring minds want to know.
I’m beginning to wonder if Suzie’s mention of hookers is the reason I’m getting a lot of comment spam (which you guys don’t see) from outfits such as “UK Street Sluts.”
#99 No one was “voted” most racist and everybody knows it, troll. Give it up.

Metro Columnist Dan Casey knows a little bit about a lot of things but not a heck of a lot about most things. That doesn't keep him from writing about them, however. So keep him honest!
He welcomes your rants, raves and considered opinions, so long as the language is civil (i.e. no four-letter words). He'll read all your posts and may or may not respond.
