I am having the same problem right here in NC finding one of my favorite lunch meats: liver cheese. I shopped all the major grocery stores looking specifically for this delicious lunch meat–to no avail. BUT, guess what? I found it last week at our Super WalMart store, so I purchased two packs. My husband had lost his appetite right after his surgery, but he was asking me to get him some liver cheese, which he managed to eat very well. What’s the deal with this lunch meat? Can’t be any worse than baloney or whatever else that’s packaged as lunch meat, huh?
