Great observation and wonderful idea. We must have Children’s day in USA to show not only the family members but the entire nation loves, cares and looks forward to the these growing future citizens. Dan, you got to take over from here and propagate the idea in Roanoke valley and hopefully someone will take over from you Dan to discuss about this at national level. Ms Geetu, thanks for raising this thought provoking issue.

I think that it is a wonderful idea. Kids will feel special on their day. I would love it to be in August as we do not have ny special national celebration in this month.

How do you feel about it being celebrated June 25..just passed.
Give kids something to look forward to halfway between each winter’
holiday…and at the end of their school year?
A way to celebrate their accomplishments and have fun with them too.??
