Well now I know it for sure…Ro[money] is the absolute BEST Mormon on earth!
“Lying for the Lord refers to the practice of lying to protect the image of and belief in the Mormon religion, a practice which Mormonism itself fosters in various ways.
Common members see such examples as situations where lying is justified. For the Mormon, loyalty and the welfare of the church are more important than the principle of honesty, and plausible denials and deception by omission are warranted by an opportunity to have the Mormon organization seen in the best possible light.”

I think most ill-informed is actually a closet Mormon…
Oh yeah, this is a real man of God.

I think Most Ill Informed is actually a closet rod.
#2 What a turd. And a racist.
Probably one of suzie’s favorites.
Closet Rod…actress of god…
Imaginary Bod… peepod…underoos in a wad..
ad nauseum..
I’d like to see someone ask Romoney about the Mountain Meadows Massacre of 1857. He would probably blame the tragedy on Obama.

““Woodward and Bernstein: 40 years after Watergate, Nixon was far worse than we thought”
Woodward and Bernstein are kind of like Jagger and Richards. Most Stones fans love one and tolerate the other. Give me Richards any day . . . and Bernstein, too.
Really, Lewinsky-gate was more serious than Watergate, but Woodward can’t say that, because it makes him irrelevant.
“Really, Lewinsky-gate was more serious than Watergate. . .”
Betcha she believes that the invasion of Grenada was more significant than D-Day, too — because a Republican president ordered the former!
Sue-Rod….do digress how Lewinski affair was more serious than Watergate..
and please provide background other than Crickets…
Something besides “I think” for a change.
BJ’s always trump breaking and entering. I’m sure law enforcement would agree.
Every time another tape of Nixon’s is released, he looks like more of a schmuck. And those around him, including Billy Graham.
The ginned-up Lewinsky scandal was literally nothing, bloated into some vicarious sex-fest by the ever-lacivious right. Embarrassing, and near treasonous behavior.
I don’t remember Nixon ever lying to a judge and perjuring himself.
We can all agree, Obama is going down faster than Monica Lewinsky!!!!!!! I almost forgot my exclamation points.
ACORN and SEIU are bigger stories than Watergate, but we will never know the truth. Maybe democrats are better liars?
Linda Tripp was three times the journalist these clowns were. She was the most courageous whistleblower of all time. But leftwingers only like corporate whistleblowers or the rare GOP snitch. That’s why they establishment tried to destroy Linda.
“The ginned-up Lewinsky scandal was literally nothing, bloated into some vicarious sex-fest by the ever-lacivious right. Embarrassing, and near treasonous behavior.”
Not as treasonous as the games RWers have been playing with the budget and the economy.
lacivious
OMG. LOL. These ‘nickles’ are really piling up.
No Suzie,,,
He just lied to the entire country..
If your forum was bigger than a blog page
im sure you’d do much the same.
“I don’t remember Nixon ever lying to a judge.”
So what? You don’t remember Clinton ever lying to a judge, either — unless your memory is faulty. And that’s your problem.
Both Nixon and Clinton told lies, though. Nixon lied to cover up the fact that people working for his re-election campaign broke into (more than once) private property, rented by the DNC, for the purpose of gathering intelligence that could be used to ensure the weakest possible Democrat would get the ’72 nomination. One of is camopaign henchmen, meanwhile, cooked up plans to assassinate journalists in the president’s disfavor.
Clinton lied to cover up a blow job he got from Lewinsky.
There is no comparison as to which episode of lying involved greater harm to this country. And that was EXACTLY demonstrated by the results: Nixon left office, Clinton stayed in.
“That’s why they establishment tried to destroy Linda.”
Indeed “they” are!!
So what? You don’t remember Clinton ever lying to a judge, either — unless your memory is faulty. And that’s your problem.
Clinton most certainly did lie under oath before a judge.
Clinton was impeached. Nixon wasn’t. Cllinton committed perjury. Nixon didn’t. Clinton suborned perjury. Nixon didn’t. Clinton sacrificed national security for his lies. Nixon didn’t.
I’m still waiting to hear why Clinton’s crimes weren’t 10 times worse than Nixon’s alleged offenses. Clinton stayed in office only because Senators in his party didn’t have the integrity to to do the right thing.
Poor Linda Tripp was idealistic enough to believe she’d be treated as a national hero for bringing the lying SOB Clinton down, and in a sane world she would have been. She horribly misjudged how ruthlessly the leftwing apparatus works.
It’s priceless hearing the leftwingers’ violent reaction about Clinton being a worse criminal than Nixon ever was. It’s like when I first came on here. They had never ever had their worldview shaken. They couldn’t believe anybody would dare challenge the long-propagandized notion that FDR was great, that the New Deal saved America, and manmade global warming is real.
I know Dan had never heard it before. He was too busy associating with his like-minded colleagues and neighbors. At night, he turned on Olby and Stewart. He believed CNN. He thought Saddam Hussein really was a beloved figure. Ditto Castro. I take credit in introducing him to some unfamiliar ideas, showing him some evidence he’d never thought of before.
December 1968: Nixon Aide Receives Martial Law Proclamations As President-elect Nixon’s staffers set up shop in the White House, one of Nixon’s aides, John Ehrlichman, is visited by an old college classmate, outgoing Deputy Attorney General Warren Christopher. Ehrlichman later recalls the visit: “He arrived in my office with a big package of documents and suggested we keep them at hand all the time. They were proclamations to be filled in. You could fill in the name of the city and the date and the president would sign it and declare martial law.” [Reeves, 2001, pp. 14]

The only reason Nixon wasn’t impeached is because he resigned. That was certainly a proud day for America.
I remember watching him leave in the helicopter. I had great sympathy for his wife, but none for him.
Poor Linda Tripp…?
Nah…dont think so..
She still makes money in the “blow” game..
and it seems she likes cool guys of all colors..
This quote wont sit well with you Sue-Rod…
get some cold water ready to pour on your head.

In Suzies “sane” world its a place
where people have private lives..
and weasely people find out about it..
whisper about it and talk about nails and
pretty blue dresses..then try to take people down.
Having sex is something to be spied upon and used
against people for personal agendas.
These are the people to be put upon a moral pedestal
and held as saviors of our nation.
Its quite a social hole you scurry around in Suze.
Suzie on Linda Tripp: “She was the most courageous whistleblower of all time. But leftwingers only like corporate whistleblowers or the rare GOP snitch.”
Linda Tripp on Obama: “Obama possesses an instantly recognizable purity of soul that, coupled with his brilliance, and, of course, his eloquence, brought quite unimaginable and long-awaited magic to the country, transforming red and blue states, quite literally, into ‘The Color Purple.”

Dan
The photo on that Linda Tripp link would be a much more suitable avatar
for Suzie. And it would be much more in keeping with the style of woman that one would expect to be attracted to the fat oxy addicted viagra using Rash limpballs.
I see that one of the campuses of Purdue — you, now, that great engineering school — has one of the worst dropout rates in the nation.,
Linda Tripp looks like she needs to shave in that picture.

You’re probably right, but for some reason, I’m not compelled to suggest it. God forbid Contrasuzie might put up a Linda Tripp gallery! Yuck!
“Linda Tripp was three times the journalist these clowns were. She was the most courageous whistleblower of all time.”
And a great fried to Monica (sarcasm). What kind of friend drags you through the mud?
#22 “I’m still waiting to hear why Clinton’s crimes weren’t 10 times worse than Nixon’s alleged offenses.”
Keep on waiting. Won’t ever happen.
Debbie:
“12.BJ’s always trump breaking and entering.”
Depends what and where’s being broken or entered.
Leftwingers are joining in the bashing of loyal Democrat Linda Tripp. These people won’t hesitate to throw their own overboard.
My take was the Lynda had a thing for Monica and was jealous of the whole Clinton relationship, so she threw the poor girl under the bus for spite.
John Goodman’s portrayal of Linda Tripp on SNL was hilarious!
Contrasuzie:
39.”John Goodman’s portrayal of Linda Tripp on SNL was hilarious!”
Oh yes, that was a classic! I remember that skit like it was yesterday for some reason.
Dan,,,
You stepped in my tracks on the Linda Tripp
link.
Indeed I did, Joe. Thanks for the link!
