The Boss told the truth then and he is still telling it today! B-r-u-c-e!

Brucer doesn’t have much going for him. First, he iisn’t real bright. He ditched his supermodel wife Julianne Phillips for ugly dried-up Patty Scialfa. He can’t sing, and he has some very ugly political leanings.

    Translation:
“My mother didn’t raise me well enough to keep my mouth shut unless I had something nice to say, and I’m feeling rather rangy from my hangover this morning, so I’ll just post something mean and ugly.”

What a lot of folks don’t know is how much Bruce and his wife has helped people. In the town of Asbury Park they have a fire truck that Bruce bought them and it says, Born to Run.
Also when we did not have a place to have the Clearwater festival, he helped us get it to Asbury Park. He even showed up to play (right after my set). From what I can remember he did a great set and did, Blinded by the light. He asked us to join him on stage and we did a very different version, funny as hell.

Bill Hudson opened for the Boss!

Laughing, no Dan, its just that Bruce just showed up with his guys, who were very cool. When I was on stage I did notice that this guy was setting up about 20 guitars for the next act. The main lady who does this festival just looked at me and smiled and motioned her head as if to say, yes. When he did show up it was all of a sudden kind of nuts.
After his set we just talked about some old friends. His bass player Garry and I go back a ways…long story.
Anyway, the point is he did not have to come but he did. He and his whole crew are hard workers and good folks.

#6 Bill, when suzie’s insulting somebody, you know they’re probably good people.

#2 Note how suzie thinks everything should be based on looks, ignoring the fact that “supermodel” types are sometimes egotistical narcissistic bitches. Looks alone don’t do it but for so long. She also somehow fails to note

Weird, too, that suzie would be so critical of a relationship that has lasted for 24 years now — longer than all of Rash Limpbutt’s marriages combined — and has produced three children. Jealous, I guess.

    What a superficial troll.

She gets like that every time there is a wealthy person who is not evil hearted like she is…sad.

It’s interesting to listen to the version of “Born in the U.S.A on Tracks. It’s CLEARLY meant to be a lament, not an anthem. Sometimes you just have to break down and pay attention to the words.
