Today is a good day to pose a few questions to the right wing bloggers (or to anyone else who wishes to answer them).
1. Would you rather we hav an economy losing 750000 jobs per month insted of one gaining 96000 jobs per month?
2. Would you prefer a DJA of 6500 over one at 13300?
3. Would you prefer a bankrupt/out of business U.S. auto industry to one that employs over a million people and is making record profits?
4.Would you prefer a health care system that makes it in
mpossible for you to buy insurance when you have health issues or preexisting conditions over one that allows you to get that care?
5. Would you prefer that 3 million young americans between the ages of 18 and 26 do without health insurnce and rely on emergemcy rooms for healthcare needs at your expense over one that allows them to remain on their pqrents insurnce policies?
6. Would you prefer that 30 million Americans remain without health insurance and rely on emergency room care for their needs at the expense of you and your heqlth insurance over one that requires them to contribute according to their means and get less expensive care through normal channels?
7.Would you prefer that states like California, , North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Ohio, Wisconsin and just about every other state
be forced to lay off still more teachers, firefighters, heqlth care workere, transportqation employees, police or raise taxes to compensate them instead of having federal stimulus funds to help them balance budgets
during a financial crisis?
8. Would you prefer that Virginia not be allowed to receive any more funds from the federal govt. than its citizens pay in federal taxes, thereby eliminating billions from Virginia’s budget at your expense?
9. Would you prefer that the banking and financial system had been allowed to crash completely in 2008-2009 and suffered the pain that went along with it to start over again a/la 1929?
10. Would you prefer that we still be fighting in Iraq and suppoting an army of 150000 Americans there?
11. Would you prefer that we have no exit strategy in Afghanistan and just have an open ended committment to keeping 120000 American soldiers there?
12. Would you have preferred that we simply stop pursuing and eliminating AlQuaeda and let Osama Bin Laden go ahead with his plotting and planning
of terrorist attacks?
13.Would you prefer that we eliminate all regulations on banks and the financial industry and make it every man for himself?
14.Would you prefer that we had not reduced our dependence on foreign oil to the lowest level in over 50 years?
15. Would you prefer that we had not increased our natural gas production almost 700% in the last four years?
16. Would you prefer that employment in the coal mining industry had decreased in the last four years instead of increasing?
17. Do you believe we should lower our standards for clean air and clean water to accomodate the oil, chemical, and gas industries?
If you can answer yes to these questions, then I can understand how you might believe we are not better off today than we were in February of 2009
and why youy would want to elect people who want to take us back to the policies of 2000-2008.

#13 BTW, suzie, just to further discredit your contention, you, know, like VRWC falsely claims we never do, this small story leaked out not because of media liberals going after Coach K, but because a company that alleges this player owes them $100,000 for jewelry filed a lawsuit. A case that could end up testing a major NCAA rule. And that if the rule holds up and the NCAA doesn’t back down, could mean that under NCAA rules Duke might lose its 2010 championship.

I predicted early in the Sandusky thing Paterno was the real target of the liberal media even though he hadn’t been blamed at that time, and boy was I right!. It wasn’t enough for these vultures to get him fired and kill hiim. They had to get his statue down, take away his victories, and try to ruin his legacy.
Romney says that anything over 4 percent unemployment isn’t anything to celebrate. Guess what unemployment was during most of Reagan’s administration? How often was it below 4 under Reagan? When was the last time we had below 4 percent and what policies went into effect before it started rising above that?
