Makes me wonder if ol’ Karl Rove will soon be looking for some money. Maybe some unemployment benefits, some food stamps, some health insurance to cover the medical bills to cover the beating the Koch Bros. applied. The man is definitely at a crossroads now…(sorry, that can’t be original by now).
Couldn’t happen to a sleezier guy.
Poor old Dan Casey is just not happy unless he is denigrating or putting down somebody or something! This is especially so if they are not “like-minded”. I presume that’s the way he gets his jollies or tries to overcome and rationalize his own inadequate mind and insecurity! It’s sad that he has so much anger, hatred and bigotry to anyone who doesn’t kiss his rear or do obesience to his liberal biases! Poor little boy! O.k., Danny Boy, go look around and find out which givers to the community you can put down today!
Scamuel Jones, it’s just a song, dude. Relax!
CIA Director David Petraeus resigns just before the Benghazi cover-up talks…under the guise of an `extramarital affair`…Yeah, right….People, the CRAP is getting ready to hit the fan on this COVER-UP and this Administration and all complicit will be scurrying like the rats that they are…This will make Watergate look like a sideshow ! Maybe the RT will even decide to publish a miniscule amount for your reading pleasure….But, I doubt it.

–Jeff Doto’s most recent “prediction.”
“Romney will win, despite all of the liberal `cheating`”
–Jeff Doto’s next-to-most-recent “preediction” on Oct. 22.
The Republicans miscalculated badly. Part of it was that they believed their own hype and part was that they thought they could buy the election if they raised enough money. From what I’ve been reading and hearing, they are re-thinking their strategy. No cover-up there.
Jeff, you are clearly CIA material with your most excellent sleuthing skills.
I would apply immediately.
This guy must be related to suzie…
More on Libertarian Eric Dondero, linked in Justin True’s comment above, and how his hatred for Democrats will manifest itself on a quite personal level. . .
Re: Comment by Justin True — November 10, 2012 @ 11:03 am
Dah. Not Suzie.
No way that Suzie will adopt and then actually follow through on a commitment such as “All family and friends, even close family and friends, who I know to be Democrats are hereby dead to me. I vow never to speak to them again for the rest of my life, or have any communications with them.”
Re: Comment by Dan Casey — November 10, 2012 @ 11:16 am
It really bugs me when someone like Eric Dondero claims to speak (or is represented by others as speaking) for all libertarians.
Does he (or you) not know of the diversity among libertarians?
IMHO, he would also denounce the left-leaning-libertarianism — check out the writings of the Steiner–Vallentyne school, the Henry George school (or Georgists), the Carson-Long school, the Mutualism school, the Ricardian-Hodgskin school, etc, etc, etc.
BTW, did you know that there is a Georgists caucus within the (capital “L”) Libertarian Party?
Someone might (and I say might) be able to speak for the (capital “L”) Libertarian Party — but not for all libertarians. You’d have better luck herding cats.
People with this much hate need to keep this to themselves. I couldn’t imagine being this way towards anyone in our society. I feel sorry for those around him.
This variety of hate is unfortunately all too strong among a virulent and growing group of fanatics in this country.
Mu biggest cocern for Obama’s second term is that some deranged nut, fueled by comments like those from Dondero and the Suzies and Colorado Maxes of the world will attempt to assassinate him . The easy availabilty
of werapons like the one used in the Gabby Giffords incident makes this horrific scenario all too possible.
“The easy availabilty
of werapons like the one used in the Gabby Giffords incident”
What, a common 9mm handgun? Kennedy was shot with a cheap hunting rifle. It may sensationalize the story to bring Gabby Giffords into it, but isn’t really relevant. I don’t think anyone will assassinate him. If they were going to, they would have tried already. He’s much better protected than Giffords was and is the most heavily protected president ever. I don’t think the derringer, 32 revolver, or bolt-action rifle as have been used in assassinations past would be effective against his security. I think the security is ready for some much more sophisticated weaponry than you’re giving them credit. Let’s hope we never find out.

Metro Columnist Dan Casey knows a little bit about a lot of things but not a heck of a lot about most things. That doesn't keep him from writing about them, however. So keep him honest!
He welcomes your rants, raves and considered opinions, so long as the language is civil (i.e. no four-letter words). He'll read all your posts and may or may not respond.
