    It helps the Republicans because it makes it harder for Democrats to cheat.

    While Repubs continue to make it easier to cheat through absentee voting and electronic balloting, Henry.

    BTW, I’m still waiting around for evidence from anybody of any large-scale cheating anywhere. I’ve been asking for evidence of such for four years now.
