Has anyone been watching Salvage Dogs? It got picked up by HGTV…it’s great fun to watch and right here in our own backyard.
A reminder that Salvage Dawgs is on tonight on HGTV. I really liked the first five episodes that aired on DIY Network.
Well….It’s a about time they started using words the average guy on the street understands…..Hell, isn’t a person in S.E. that won’t appreciate that congressioanl message….Laughing my F—- Ass off…
“Harry Reid approaching just steps from the Oval Office. According to “multiple sources,” Boehner pointed his finger at Reid and without any other fanfare said, “Go f*** yourself.” When Reid asked him what he was talking about, Boehner simply repeated his curse and moved on. “
I have to say, E. Duane, I’m just incredibly surprised that none of the right wingers who usually express their horror at bad language from Dems haven’t shown up to chastise Boehner.
So Gov. McDonnell has proclaimed 2013 to be Year of the Teacher.
http://www.governor.virginia.gov/News/viewrelease.cfm?id=1581
Last month, Governor McDonnell announced proposals to advance professional development and continue Virginia’s focus on excellent teaching, calling for a 2 percent pay increase for all teachers – the first in 5 years; incentives for teachers in STEM-H subjects, strategic compensation grants for teachers and other measures to recruit, retain and reward excellent teachers.
In this case, promoting STEM-H ties into McDonnell’s business focus: VA can attract businesses looking for skilled workers if VA can homegrow those workers. Never mind the mass exodus of young talent as those high schoolers head off to college and learn there is life outside the Old Dominion.
I resent special incentives for certain subjects. Learning as a whole is important. An engineering degree does you little good without the ability to effectively communicate with others and express your own ideas. I went to high school and college with STEM students who used arts and humanities as expression outlets and confidence builders. I daresay their experiences in creative writing and pottery and band and theater contributed to their education as a whole.
I foresee some terribly disappointed English, history, civics, language, music, and arts instructors.
So Boehner’s decided that jerking around Sandy victims isn’t the greatest idea after all. This has not been the GOP’s week.
” to chastise Boehner.”
Because anonymous sources verified he said it?
Has Boehner denied saying it, Henry?
I posted this at the Roundtable blog. Thought it might interest some here.

Well, isn’t this special?!
As our friends here know, I’ve been looking into doing some type of gun buy-back with one of the groups I belong to.
I’ve made some calls, been passed around, and have finally spoken with the legal counsel for the State Police. He directed me to Virginia Code Sec. 15.2-915.5. You can find it here.
http://vacode.org/15.2-915.5/
What it comes down to is this is a law passed last year and signed by Gov. McDonnell that says, in essence, that no law enforcement entity in the State can assist with a gun buy-back with the intention of destroy those guns! It had been submitted previously but vetoed by Gov. Kaine.
Any guns turned into the police (provided they’re not stolen or otherwise used in a crime) have to be sold at auction.
So, even if you made arrangements in your Will to have the guns you own, but no longer need, destroyed, you cannot turn them into the police for destruction.
[sarcasm] Thank you Gov. McDonnell and your Republicans allies [/sarcasm]
But we can still do the gun buy-back because that falls into the gun-show loop-hole but we have to destroy them ourselves.
Henry, buddy, he said it. But at least he didn’t burst out crying.

The correct response though isn’t “What are you talking about.” It’s not that ambiguous.
“Unlike Biden who dropped it on camera.”

6.So Boehner’s decided that jerking around Sandy victims isn’t the greatest idea after all” comment by Kristen
Kristen, as I heard it, the GOTP’ers were determined to send a punitive message to Chris Christie (for his election week emergency coordination with the WH) by ending their term without voting New Jersey assistance. It also avoided the wrath of their rabid home districts bases had they done so. And after the shameful way they’d scorned wheelchair bound war hero Republican Bob Dole in voting againt the treaty on the disabled just to appease the “world order conspiracy” part of their base, the non-vote on Hurricane Sandy aid was pretty predictable.
Joe Biden getting it done on camera.

If any woman in public office spent as much time blubbering in public as Bohner, she’d be pointed to as an example of how women are too emotional and weak to lead.
Dan,
Are changes being made to the Roanoke.com website? When I click on the “blogs” heading on the website it get a whole new setup and a link to your blog is not included. Just asking…:)
Kristen,
Have you seen how obama is treating women in his administration?
http://freebeacon.com/white-house-war-on-women-escalates/
Gee, I post a comment about the website and the difficulty at finding Dan’s Blog & the website suddenly heals itself and goes back to normal. Maybe I have powers I didn’t know I had. NOT!!
Mikeo, I read the piece and some of the links, and it all seems pretty loosely based on a lot of conjecture. I’d also say that the biggest star in his administration so far has been a woman. And she about worked herself to death in the process.
As to the people he “blows off steam with” in his free time….he’s a married guy. First time he was photographed out socializing with a woman, that same site would be treating us to a “Rumors Swirl Around Our Kenyan President and Ms. _____”
That’s a really nice strawman, Justin. Did you make it yourself?
Comment by Henry — January 3, 2013 @ 2:29 pm
That is funny you should mention that, Henry. Just about every religious stance is a ‘strawman’ stance… wouldn’t you say… Henry?
Kristen,
I really didn’t get past the fact that this administration was low on hiring and paying women.
That was my point… and my question.
Are you suggesting that because he had Hillary as a “star” the woman issue is mute?
Do you feel the same about Bush and Rice?
I did not comment about any “steam” issues.

Our liquor stores are open on Sunday now. One of the local managers told me it has increased his sales significantly. Governor McDonnell couldn’t privatize the store but has no problem with them operating on expanded business hours. Fine by me, not that I have been to the liquor store on Sunday, but I can if’n I want to.

Congratulations! I assume you’ll be delivering by C-section, unless you are one phenomenally tough man. I’ve been in contact with the owners of that site; you should see some of the emails that came from “dissatisfied” customers. I don’t have permission to reprint them, but all I can say is “Wow!”.
Mike Scott,
I am sure Sunday sales added something to the till. Indiana still does not permit Sunday alcohol sales except by the drink in bars & restaurants.
I guess I mistakenly thought all those religious folks in Virginia would be in church on Sunday instead of at the liquor store. Maybe the economy is picking up after all.
Ron May #37, I would have to assume that buying liquor on Sundays would have to do with disintegrating religious observance correct? I have never really understood this law. I know and understand that it is religiously charged, but there are may things that the Jewish and Christian leaders demand that its followers are not supposed to do on Sundays but it still goes on… like working. Which that had me thinking the other day… the fellow that was murdered by his neighbors in the bible for carrying sticks on Sunday, (Numbers 15:32-36), didn’t the folks doing the murdering exert themselves on the Sabbath as well? So breaking that law themselves, they should have just went all out and stoned each other to death, right?
I would like to think that heightened liquor sales on Sundays would just be something to do with watching sports, or perhaps a recovering economy. In my opinion, if every Christian in this state were to go to church every Sunday, there wouldn’t be enough churches to hold them all. Even with a church every 100 yards in this county, it still isn’t enough.
I don’t care what day it is, Johnny Walker Black is delicious!
J.M. White, I’m pregnant too and she’s going to be a whopper! It’s a c-section for me. “you’re going to be the proud parent of a baby girl, and just look- isn’t she just so damn cute! Based on our remote test results, your beautiful baby girl will weigh about 15 lbs, 16 oz and have blonde hair and gray eyes. Truly a Wonder To Behold!”
I can’t wait to tell my 30 something daugter that’s she’s going to have a sister, she’ll be so happy. Fabio is the daddy. Don’t judge me.
Debbie: LMAO @ “15 lbs, 16 oz”. I’m afraid you’ll need an a-to-z-section to deliver that one. ( http://www.instantrimshot.com )

I believe we wouild too J.M. Thank you for posting that link. I told her that she was going to be a big sister and then said, an online pregnancy test can’t be wrong, right?
Her first reaction was, Oh dear god, until she read the second line. LOL She took the test then and posted this on Facebook. “Dear God. Dick Cheney is the father of my baby boy according to the test. I hope that is just someone’s porn name.”
Ron May @11:43 – I guess I mistakenly thought all those religious folks in Virginia would be in church on Sunday instead of at the liquor store.
This is why we have Saturday evening services now, so you can cleanse your soul before hittin’ the town, and don’t have to worry about being hungover in church the next morning.
Laura & Justin,
I’m well aware that not all good Christians are in church on Sunday. My comments were given with my tongue firmly implanted in my cheek.
Ron May, I understood that. Just sparking conversation.
I am sad enough that when I got my positive result, I sat frozen on the couch until I regained my senses and decided there’s no way it could have actually analyzed. Then I superstitiously Xed it out, pronto.
I first heard this song at a Lewis Family Gospel show and it cracked me up…
Chorus
♫ God’s gonna get ‘cha for that
God’s gonna get ‘cha for that
There’s no place to run and hide
For He knows where you’re at
This doggone world we’re living in
It’s giving me a fit
It seems like everywhere I turn
I see a hypocrite
Well, if ya wanna go to heaven
Well, you can’t live like that
So let me tell you, brother
God’s a-gonna get ‘cha for that
Chorus
Now, the preacher in our church
He’s a mighty devoted man
Everybody thinks, that he’s a-goin’ to the Promised Land
But the other night on a country road
While I was a-drivin’ through
I caught the preacher makin’ love
To Sister, Mary Lou
Chorus
Now oh Sister Bessie, she like to testify
She says, ‘I’ll always love the Lord, someday I’m a-gonna fly
But the other night while goin’ by the local liquor store
I caught oh Sister Bessie, flyin’ out the door
Chorus ♫
Turns out George Jones and Tammy Wynette did it as a duet…

Thnaks Sandi, great song.
Aww Kristen, you didn’t check to see who the father is?
Ron and others, I can’t pass up the chance to post one of my favorite secular records about the Saturday night/Sunday morning dichotomy, in this case with gambling instead of drinking. Although sung from a male pov, it’s actually a middle aged housewife from Lynchburg Va. named Lucille Turner.

I’m well aware that not all good Christians are in church on Sunday.
That’s great, Ron. Is that the brand of Catholicism you present at you college?
I used to work with a woman who said she didn’t drink. But every Christmas when another coworker would bring bourbon balls to work, and they were strong tasting, Janie would pop those things in her mouth by the handful.
Debbie, no. I didn’t know it went farther. Maybe I’ll try again….I’m curious.
Arnold Schwarzenegger. Figures. He’s everyone elses baby daddy.
Ron May, the cheek is the tongue’s natural resting place! (In other words, I knew you were just poking fun.)
“Reminiscent of the classic Gdad line:”
I know this is difficult for you to understand, suzie, but Henry can’t answer because Boehner hasn’t denied it because Boehner indeed said it. See how simple that is?
LOL Debbie, I know people like that too! I think the reason that song hit me as funny is because we all do know those hypocrites…
People who bother to tell me they don’t drink make me instantly suspicious.
As I said, the lady’s name was Janie. One day another coworker was having a rough day and declared she needed a drink. That’s when Janie said I don’t drink. Her tone of voice was so sanctimonious that it irritated me, so I popped up and said, you sure can down those bourbon balls though can’t ya? She gave this little gasp and her mouth dropped open, then she started laughing and smacked my arm.
Mass is said twice each day, 7 days a week at the chapel on my campus SuzieQ.
It appears that suzie is decreeing that any good Christina MUST be in church on Sunday. Seriously? So if a Catholic goes to mass at Ron’;s chapel six days a week but not on Sunday, that person isn’t a good Christian, suzie?
We’ll wait for your sanctimonious answer.
Seriously? So if a Catholic goes to mass at Ron’;s chapel six days a week but not on Sunday, that person isn’t a good Christian, suzie?
The person is probably an excellent Christian and Catholic. If someone attends that often, it usually means their thinking and actions are going in the right direction. As for the Catholic obligation, Saturday night takes care of the Sunday obligation.
As for Ron’s chapel, I doubt they have two masses each weekday. Very few chuches have that; and neither Masstimes.org nor Ancilla’s own website show it.
“As for the Catholic obligation, Saturday night takes care of the Sunday obligation.”
Gee, suzie, then why did you say this?
“I’m well aware that not all good Christians are in church on Sunday.
That’s great, Ron. Is that the brand of Catholicism you present at you college?”
Can you make up your mind? Do you need to go to church on Sunday to be a good Christian (Catholic) or not? You seem to be waffling badly here. Oh, that’s right, that’s suzie trying to back out of a brainless comment that she got called on.
Can you make up your mind? Do you need to go to church on Sunday to be a good Christian (Catholic) or not? You seem to be waffling badly here. Oh, that’s right, that’s suzie trying to back out of a brainless comment that she got called on.
Did you really think Ron was talking about people who go to church every day but Sunday? Honestly, Gdad, could you contribute something to a conversation instead of the constant infantile nitpicking?
Gee, suzie, can’t answer my question can you?
Since you’re such a good mind reader, suzie, please do tell us what Ron meant. We’ll wait. But I absolutely guarantee you that whatever it is you THINK he meant or whatever you might claim you think he meant, you’re wrong.
As for contributing to a conversation, I’m sure you can explain exactly what your constant venomous, juvenile, baseless, sanctimonious attacks on Ron add. The answer is, of course, nothing whatsoever. You are nitpicking either for attention or because you dislike Ron and we all know it. Your comments serve only to degrade the conversation and you deserve to be called on it.
But I absolutely guarantee you that whatever it is you THINK he meant or whatever you might claim you think he meant, you’re wrong.
See? How does anyone have a conversation with you after a stupid statement like that?
It’s obvious what Ron meant. He meant what he said, that one doesn’t have to attend services to be a ‘good Christian.’ What did you think he meant?
You’re a troll, Gdad. I don’t know what other way to say it. You don’t want conversation or civility. All you do is interject childish nitpickingcomments that divert from the subject at hand.
As for my beef with Ron, I object that he voices views loudly on here that contradict those of the Catholic college of which he’s president, and I think that’s absolutely wrong.
Ron has never said he’s Catholic. If he’s not, it is the institution’s fault for hiring him because one has to be steeped in the Catholic tradition to fully understand why things are done. For example, Catholics are obliged to attend mass every weekend, but for Ron to say “one can be a good Christian (or Catholic) , but not attend church” completely flies in the face of Catholic teaching. Furthermore, he doesn’t even appear to know the mass schedule at his chapel.
Now this is not to say Ron isn’t an able administrator or fundraiser. Maybe those skills enable Ancilla to stay in the black. That’s fine. All organizations need capable bean counters to stay afloat. But it’s not the same as leading. I just think the president of a Catholic college should emphasize the Catholic faith, and should certainly not publicly be at odds with that message.
From suzie: “He meant what he said, that one doesn’t have to attend services to be a ‘good Christian.’”
And this: “…but for Ron to say “one can be a good Christian (or Catholic), but not attend church” completely flies in the face of Catholic teaching.”
I see you’ve gone back to your trolling, lying ways, suzie. Once again, you can’t even bother to quote a person accurately. Here’s what Ron REALLY said:
“I’m well aware that not all good Christians are in church on Sunday.”
Ron’s statement can be interpreted more than one way and none would be the same as what you alleged he said. The two don’t mean the same thing at all. And that’s not “nitpicking.” That’s the truth.
As for civility, I don’t know of any reasonable person who considers it civil when you misquote somebody and then use the misquote to attack them the way that you do. You are a troll, pure and simple.
As for civility, I don’t know of any reasonable person who considers it civil when you misquote somebody and then use the misquote to attack them the way that you do. You are a troll, pure and simple.
“Not all good Christians are at church on Sunday”
“You don’t have to go to church to be a good Christian”
I fail to see any material difference here, and I am sure the other bloggers would agree with me. Yet you use this to say I am a “lying troll”, once again proving your sole aim in here is infantile diversionary nonsense. I’m done here, but i guarantee you will add another pointless trolling post. Let’s see if I’m right.
“Not all good Christians are at church on Sunday” reads like a very specific statement from a college logic class. There, you learn mathematical formulas for judging the equivalency of such things. And all this one means is this: there is at least one good Christian in the world who missed church on the last Sunday. It has nothing to do with whether they must go to church, or if they are good Christians.
Example: A good Christian is in the hospital, recovering from a heart transplant, on a Sunday, and does not make it to Church. Thus, Ron’s statement is true.
“I’m done here, but i guarantee you will add another pointless trolling post. Let’s see if I’m right.”
Translation: gdad has completely destroyed my “point” (and Dan has since added to the destruction by being more specific), so I’m going to pick up my ball and falsely declare myself the winner.
Keep on misquoting people, suzie; it’s all you have.
Suzie, as a Catholic, why do you object to what Ron says, but voiced no opinion at all when pammala said, “who gives a crap what the pope says?” Ron stated that he cared, you never responded at all. Did her comment not offend you?
Somewhere deep in the Vatican, the Pope weeps bitter tears over Suzie’s faithlessness. Sigh.
While I believe regular church attendance is important for all Christians, good, bad & indifferent, I also believe what those Christians do the other six days a week is important to God. How we live our lives each and every day says more about the breadth and depth of our faith.
My experience with younger folks over the course of my career in higher education has taught me that many of those young folks view as hypocrites those who attend church or Mass on Sunday and then live very unChristianlike lives the rest of the week. It’s a major reason mainline churches, even the Catholic church, are losing young people.
In short, regular church attendance is but one of the responsibilities of being a “good” Christian. Worshipping God is done by living our daily lives in keeping with our faith beliefs.

What suzie claimed Ron was saying: “You don’t have to go to church to be a good Christian”
Gosh, suzie, you were completely and totally wrong about what Ron said. Like I said. Imagine that.
Suzie, as a Catholic, why do you object to what Ron says, but voiced no opinion at all when pammala said, “who gives a crap what the pope says?” Ron stated that he cared, you never responded at all. Did her comment not offend you?
Pammala doesn’t claim to the president of a Catholic college. Ron doesn’t even know his college chapel’s mass schedule
—-
In short, regular church attendance is but one of the responsibilities of being a “good” Christian. Worshipping God is done by living our daily lives in keeping with our faith beliefs.
I agree with your revision, Ron. Now why don’t you put something about Catholicism in your Catholic college’s mission statement. Don’t try to water down what your school stands for. Stand up and be counted
——–
i guarantee you will add another pointless trolling post. Let’s see if I’m right.
And….bingo!
Amen Ron! Amen!
Let us keep in mind that Suzie’s original charge was that Ron said “You don’t have to go to church to be a good Christian.”
And that he NEVER said or wrote anything like that.
And not only that, going to church every Sunday does not necessarily make you a good Christian.
Hell, I remember when I was 14, and working as a dishwasher in an Italian restaurant owned by a guy named Rocco. He was sexually harassing the waitresses like you would not believe, and now and then he scored with some.
Rocco and his wife and kids were in the front row at the folk mass EVERY Sunday.
Not too long ago, suzie posted a comment here on the blog that said Catholics believed that non-Catholics who truly lived their lives in the service and worship of God were able to go to Heaven when they died. I believe she gave Ghandi as an example of such a person. Did Ghandi go to Mass every Sunday? Are there Catholic and non-Catholic sections in Heaven?
Going to Mass every Sunday no more makes you a Catholic than standing in your garage saying, ‘vroom, vroom’ makes you a car.

Applying the same ‘logic’ to pammala’s posts that suzie applied to Ron May’s posts, we can conclude that pammala never goes to any church because she doesn’t need a human spiritual leader. I strongly suggest that suzie pray for pammala.
Pointless, suzie? Actually, I guess it IS pojntless to highlight the fact that once again you’ve been lying. Everybody already knows it.
“Pammala doesn’t claim to the president of a Catholic college.”
As long as you’re not the president of a Catholic College, suzie doesn’t care if you insult the pope.
83. Jeez. This is the kind of stuff Gdad starts with MMM, and Dan cuts off (blaming Mark of course).
Now Dan, of course, is using the excuse of every non churchgoer. “Why would I want to attend with those hypocrites?” Yes, human beings sometimes fail. But how much worse would “Rocco” have been had he never even tried to do something positive like attend mass? And I doubt seriously that “Rocco” would have felt the need to confide details of his personal life with his young naive teenage dishwasher.
Yeah. So?
Neat that “Contra” spontaneously joined the conversation (relieving Gdad). He thinks he found some sort of inconsistency in my past statements, I guess. I was waiting for the punch line, but it never cane.
Going to Mass every Sunday no more makes you a Catholic than standing in your garage saying, ‘vroom, vroom’ makes you a car.
That’s true. Going to mass, but not engaging isn’t enough. That’s what Dan tried to latch onto as well. It sounds as if you are trying to pretend I said otherwise.

Ancilla College embraces the core values of the PHJCs — Openness to the Spirit, Community, Simplicity, and Dignity and Respect for all — and their belief that these four core values flow from joyful service to all, especially with the needy and underserved
Cloaked in leftwing-ese. Finally, the Roman Catholic Church is mentioned, but downplayed “with the spirit of ecumenicalism”. No Catholic images for the college anywhere on any page. Very sanitized and bland. The website could be for anything. One definitely gets a secular flavor, not religious, and certainly not Catholic. It’s pretty clear the goal was the goal was to water down the Catholic angle, so as not to scare away potential applicants. I think that’s always a mistake.
Do the right thing, Ron. Embrace and emphasize the Catholic aspect, and the college will prosper as never before.
“Seek first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be given you besides.”
Oh great. Now Suzie is investigating Ron. Did you ever send them the check for $20 that you lost in an election bet with me, Suzie?
How do you think the Pope would feel about this, Suzie? Do you even care? Does anyone care?
suz kind of sounds like she’s been hitting the communion pretty hard since about 7:30 this morning. Who knew the Manischewitz packed such a wallop?
As usual, SuzieQ doesn’t connect with the facts. Below is a link to the portion of the college webpage that discusses our mission and the college’s connection to it’s sponsoring order. Notice what is first on the page, then second. Oh, and then you will find what SuzieQ says is first. You need to know that all three statements you see on that page were written by the college’s sponsoring order.
Finally, I do not normally get notified when checks for $20 are received by our Advancement Office. However, tomorrow I’ll check to see if any such checks from the Roanoke Valley have been received since November, 2012. I’d be glad to come to Roanoke Suzie and discuss opportunities for you to create a significant endowed fund to support Catholic students attendance at Ancilla. Just let me know when you are ready to talk.

“Not too long ago, suzie posted a comment here on the blog that said Catholics believed that non-Catholics who truly lived their lives in the service and worship of God were able to go to Heaven when they died. I believe she gave Ghandi as an example of such a person. Did Ghandi go to Mass every Sunday?
Yeah. So?”
Comment by Suzie — January 7, 2013 @ 3:41 pm
By ‘Yeah. So?”, do you mean Ghandi DID go to Mass every Sunday or do you mean you did make that post about non-Catholics?
And there was no punchline to wait for, ‘suzie’. I’m just trying to figure out how your Heaven works. If you go to Mass at least once a week and truly participate with all your mind, body, heart & soul as a good Catholic should, do you get to spend eternity in the best section of Heaven? Where do the so-so Catholics spend eternity? Where is non-Catholic Ghandi spending his eternity?
“And yet, on the same thread and topic:
That’s because new people joined the conversation, Gdad.”
More lying by suzie. Gdad didn’t say that.
Oh, lord, suzie got caught lying and misrepresenting what somebody said, just like MMM would do, and now she’s whining just like MMM did. Pitiful.
Oh great. Now Suzie is investigating Ron. Did you ever send them the check for $20 that you lost in an election bet with me, Suzie?
Actually, you backed out of the bet, by denying we ever had one. But being ever the good sport, I donated $20 in your name to my favorite pro-life organization.
As for Ancilla, if it ever becomes a genuine Catholic-based institution, I might donate. Right now, it’s a generic feel-good place denying its identity.
Kristen @ 9:28, I don’t, and I’m sure the students and faculty at Ancilla College don’t give a flying squirrels fart what Suzie thinks. As for Suzie giving spiritual advice to Ron, it’s laughable. Sad and laughable.
Debbie I doubt anyone cares, sad to say.
“I fail to see any material difference here, and I am sure the other bloggers would agree with me. ”
And ….. still waiting for even one other blogger to agree with suzie. Maybe she can conjure up YAJ to help out, or perhaps VRWC can show back up to praise her trolling abilities.
And ….. still waiting for even one other blogger to agree with suzie
You think leftwingers are going to come out side with me? Dan here felt sorry for you and bailed you out by going along with the idiocy. I can get lefties to say up is down if I want.
As for Suzie giving spiritual advice to Ron, it’s laughable. Sad and laughable.
Always room for a personal attack, isn’t there, Debbie, regardless of the subject matter?
Suzie: The sun is out today.
Liberal: Well, Suzie sucks.
You made your bed, stop whining.
Religious Sociopathy,,
Hmm,,,Ive heard this song a few times.

(sigh); a legend in her own mind…
“You think leftwingers are going to come out side with me?”
suzie, you couldn’t even get Frank, Bug, terps, LC, pammala, pp, matt, Sharon N, or any of the other right wingers to side with you.
“Dan here felt sorry for you and bailed you out by going along with the idiocy.”
Yeah, I guess that’s also what Ron did when he schooled you as to what he was actually saying.
“I’m done here…”
Snicker, snicker. Manipulating you is so easy.
Let’s see, Suzie, you compared Limbaugh to Christ, your history of cursing could make a sailor blush…… Excuse me if I don’t seek spiritual advice from you.
“Let’s see, Suzie, you compared Limbaugh to Christ. . .”

CONSECRATION OF HUMAN RACE TO THE SACRED VOICE OF RUSH
O most Sweet Rush, Redeemer of the Human race; behold us prostrate most humbly before Your show (in your presence). To You we belong; Yours we wish to be; and that we may be united to You more closely, we dedicate ourselves each one of us to-day to Your most Sacred Voice.
I can get lefties to say up is down if I want.

Suzie, must be related to or emulates, Pat Robertson. Or shall he/she emulate Eleanor Rigby?
your history of cursing could make a sailor blush.
You made your bed, stop whining.
I haven’t used profanity in a couple of months. Sandi cries endless for ‘civility’. Then when she gets it, she complains some more. You leftwingers don’t really want civility, do you?
Excuse me if I don’t seek spiritual advice from you.
OK, I think i have spotted the problem . You thought I was giving YOU spiritual advice. No, I was talking to Ron. In fact you weren’t even part of the conversation other than your interjections.
Not with you Suzie, no, I do not. I will not just put your past insults behind me and converse with the “new” and civil by your terms you. Not interested. You made your bed and that is it for me. Others may embrace you as they choose.
Not with you Suzie, no, I do not.
That’s fine. Just let’s not have anymore bellyaching about ‘incivility’ in the future? K?
