He thinks ‘these are legitimate questions’

The Obama smears rose again this week, with questions raised about a short golf trip the President took with a pal and former assistant, Reggie Love (and without Michelle). This stuff is nothing new. One of the top RWer Obama-smearing nuts is Jerome Corsi, the World Net Daily writer who has made a career out of smearing Obama and other Democrats. Here’s a video he put out last year that suggests the president is a closeted gay man carefully masquerading as a husband  and father. It was loaded onto You Tube by (who else?) TeaPartyOrg.

Yet more proof that this nation has a mental health epidemic and ODS should be in The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders. This man and this “cause” is immoral.

Jesus lived and traveled with 12 guys. Wonder what this jerk’s take on that is.

Yes, within the first 2 minutes of tis video, he talks about pix of Obama when he was in college in 1971. In some of these pix, he is supposedly wearing a wedding ring. So, let’s review the evidence thus far. In 1971, when Barack Obama was 10 years old, he was in college and married.

Sandi, you are so right! Delusional thought such as exhibited here is sad and dangerous. It will be interesting to see how our resident conservatives will spin this.

    What an idiot

As nuts as this guy is I think another question is how many people listen to this guy and more importantly, how many folks really go for this stuff.

I wonder if Mr. Corsi will do an investigation into Governor Scott Walker’s efforts to give corporate welfare to businesses in Wisconsin. See an example of Gov. Walker’s good work below. Thank you Republican Party.

If Mr. Corsi did such an investigation he would find that the legislation mentioned above in the Wisconsin case was developed by an organization called ALEC which is short for American Legislative Exchange Council. Guess who funds ALEC. The one and only Koch brothers. If you wonder where most of this crazy legislation comes from look for ALEC fingerprints during your investigation. I suspect ALEC has been very involved in legislative efforts in Virginia as well.

Below is a link to some of ALEC’s best work in Wisconsin.

When Mr. Corsi is done with his investigations in Wisconsin he should then head to Florida where he could investigate Gov. Rick Scott’s flip flop on the Affordable Care Act and why he did that flop.

Sometimes I wish we could go back to the days before the internet when delusional old white guys entertained themselves by listening to police dispatches on a radio scanner.

I also know it is quite likely that several bloggers watched the video and were scratching their noggins and thinking ” it all makes sense to me now.”

You should have to pass a drug test before being allowed to post videos on the interwebz.

At first it was painful. Then it became shameful. For a short time it was comical. Now I’m just sort of numb.

Let’s try that again, I really do not like this new Beta. I may give it up for Lent.

Just another fat, old white man who cannot understand that all voters are not all fat, old white men.

#16…No they are not…Obviously the majority are uneducated, uninformed sheeple. Waht cliff will you choose when obama says its time ?

  18. Sandi Saunders | February 25, 2013 at 8:36 am

Don #11, you are not alone. I listened to some Republicans call in to a poll on P.O.T.U.S. the other day and one after another claimed that the GOTP left them and bemoaned the dichotomy of “personal freedom” and “liberty” being saddled with “vaginal ultrasounds” and Jim Crow tactics. Many also mentioned that the GOTP talks about spending but continues the process when they have power to stop it. Clearly the party left you all, not the other way around.

IMO, the party lost their collective mind.

  19. Gilerd | February 25, 2013 at 1:03 pm

So is Corsi a “republican”? Obviously he must be if he’s a nut right? Or is he a democrat? What is it with people and their immediate “oh just another crazy republican/tea bagger/liberal/democrat.” When are you people going to wake up to this two party madness and realize that over 300 million Americans can not possibly only be two kinds of people that fit into two parties? The first past the post, winner takes all election system that has created the two gang parties has also created all the sheep that follow them instead of thinking for themselves. Ever wonder why other countries have more than two parties? It’s the election system. Look up Duverger’s Law. OMG imagine, more than two parties AHHHHH Scary! *baaaahaaaa*

About this blog

Metro Columnist Dan Casey knows a little bit about a lot of things but not a heck of a lot about most things. That doesn't keep him from writing about them, however. So keep him honest!

He welcomes your rants, raves and considered opinions, so long as the language is civil (i.e. no four-letter words). He'll read all your posts and may or may not respond.
