    Prior to his solo career, Cooke was in a gospel group called the Soul Stirrers, a group which is apparently still in existence today and his music with them is still available. What a voice.

    Got in the car and Sam Cooke was singing “Bring it on Home to Me”, he has a lot of great songs but my fav is still “A Change is Gonna Come”.
