I am writing in response to Dan Casey’s article about Phillip Morgan, “Master salesman gets ‘F’ on service.”
I have known Phillip for many years both as a customer and a client. I have always been treated fairly and never have had a problem being paid.
Putting on an estate sale is an enormous task. Many hours go into cleaning, sorting and research. To have put on as many sales as Phillip has and only received a handful of complaints speaks well of him. Being in customer service myself for 30+ years I know that sometimes you encounter a client that for whatever reason cannot be satisfied.
There had to be a reason for Phillip to stop a sale halfway through. I don’t know why but a dissatisfied client comes to mind. Some people have high hopes for the proceeds of a sale only to be disappointed when the buyers market proves otherwise.
I find Phillip and his crew to be very hard workers and professional. They are just like the rest of us, human, and we make mistakes.
Phillip may be an airhead but he is not a crook. I would most definitely hire him!
