The Blue Ridge Wildflower Society presents “Wildfire and Its Effects on Local Plants”, tonight, October 28 from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Are wildfires good or bad for the environment? On Wednesday, October 30, Hahn Horticultural Garden at Virginia Tech will hold another Lunchtime Learning Garden Walk and Talk from 12:00-1:00 p.m. Take a Weed Walk with Michael Cox of the Department of Plant Pathology, Physiology, and Weed Science.
