I hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! When I’m hosting, I look to nature for great table decorations, and fall is my favorite time to make use of these kinds of materials.
My favorite centerpieces always include small pumpkins and ornamental gourds. And, for me, it just wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without some bittersweet decorating the table.
We don’t have any colorful leaves left, but in past years, we’ve gathered pretty leaves and strewn them on the table. I have some preserved leaves that I use in years like this one where the only leaves left are dead and brown.
Here’s an interesting carved squash centerpiece. I’ll admit that I will probably never attempt this, but I like seeing what others have done.
