Unfortunately we ran out of room in today’s 7-Day Menu PlannerĀ for the nutritional info for the pineapple-black-bean enchiladas, but I’ve got the details here for anyone interested.

Per enchilada: 365 calories, 20 grams protein, 11 grams fat (26 percent calories from fat), 5.8 grams saturated fat, 49 grams carbohydrate, 30 milligrams cholesterol, 1,270 milligrams sodium, 7 grams fiber

    It would be really good to be able to get these weekly recipes on line. I don’t always get the sunday paper and I hear there are some great sunday recipes.
