Lindsey, thanks for spreading the word about the Parkway food tour. I am partial to the Chick Pea Fries at Natasha’s Market Cafe in Floyd, and have downed two orders on occasion. Hey, chick peas are healthy, right?

Indeed. But really, it’s hard to pick one county along the parkway in Virginia that would be the best culinary county. I can’t come to a decision myself. If forced, I might say Floyd because of all the great locally produced food there.
