I wonder if this is the same horse that a guy tried to “park” outside Martin’s a few years back? I think he did end up dealing with the cops that time…

When the rider first arrived, there was a limo parked outside the Texas Tavern — so you had the juxtaposition of a very fancy ride and, well, another sort of fancy ride, I suppose. The horse did draw a crowd. The Tavern was packed; so was Cuba Pete’s — and there were lots of people milling around on the street. Quite a few of those were coming up to take a picture of the horse. I have another shot from a different angle in which I took a photo of the limo driver taking a photo of the horse.
