We sold them! The good news is that we raised more than $20,000 for RAM house.

@Win, if you want to make this lower in fat, just buy the light coconut milk I mentioned in the blog entry. I suppose you could use reduced fat peanut butter but it only calls for one tablespoon in the entire pot so I don’t think that adds much. And it is key to the flavor of this dish.
