If you do use the premade stuffing mixes, most of them have directions that suggest adding water. You will get a much more flavorful stuffing if you use chicken or turkey broth instead of water…
When we have leftover turkey and no leftover stuffing, that’s what we do…

Well, thanks for the kind words about my silly poem. Little known fact: Before I ever started writing non-fiction or news, I wrote poetry. My dad always ran around the house making up goofy songs and rhymes off the top of his head, so maybe that’s where I got it
