This was absolutely billed as a decorating contest, not a baking or flavor contest. So in this case, the look was all that mattered.

The cupcakes were pretty – but there was so much fondant, you could not even know if there was a cake there somewhere. Very disappointed. This was not a cupcake making contest. It was a decorating contest.

Bill, I don’t know where that food truck has gone. It’s pretty new and I haven’t had a chance to write about it yet but I do plan to. I sent the owner a message on Facebook and will report back.
