Charges against 202 Market owner dismissed

In my end-of-year wrap-up article about the top food-related news stories of 2012, I mentioned that 202 Market owner Stephen H. Rosenoff, 68, was facing charges connected to an alleged assault. 202 Market restaurant is located on Campbell Avenue in downtown Roanoke.

My colleague, Chase Purdy, reports today that all charges against Rosenoff were dismissed on Monday. Rosenoff told Purdy he was looking forward to putting the matter behind him.

    When I read the alleged assault article a few weeks ago, it sounded a little strange. To me, anyway.
