We were at the Souper Bowl yesterday and it was fantastic! So great to see so many people supporting great causes.

The soups were wonderful and we had such a hard time deciding which was our favorite.

We did have to leave before they announced the winner. Is there any way you could find out who won? Thank you!

I wasn’t aware it was open for lunch. I’m not much of a line dancing person, but I’d give it a shot during lunchtime.

On a mostly unrelated note, I had lunch at Sidewinders Steakhouse and Saloon on Campbell Avenue the Friday before Christmas and it was good. We all got the soup and salad bar and tasted five of the six soups on the soup bar that day – clam chowder, spicy seafood chowder, jambalaya, chicken curry and cream of broccoli. There was also a creamy salmon and dill. We enjoyed all of the soups very much. The salad bar was incredibly fresh and well-stocked that day. The place was virtually empty, though. I’d do it again for all-you-can-eat for about $8.

This is a great cause and a really fun event. it will certainly sell out quickly without endorsements from here, but be speedy and grab the chance to attend while you can!
