Finalized VHSL playoff picture (updated Saturday,10:15 p.m.)

The VHSL playoff picture for Timesland schools is set in stone for the first round.

Here is what we learned today:

Patrick Henry will go to Colonial Forge in the Northwest Region Division 6.

Pulaski County will be at home against Magna Vista in the 4-5 game in Region IV  Division 4 thanks to Richlands’ victory Saturday over Tazewell.

Tazewell will be the No. 6 seed in Region IV Division 3.

In the Division 1 East Section, Eastern Montgomery will be at No. 2 George Wythe. Rural Retreat will host Hurley. Radford will play at defending Division 1 state champion Clintwood. Chilhowie will play at Galax.

Parry McCluer earned a home game and a No. 7 seed in the Division 1 East Section. The Fighting Blues will host Charles City.. Covington will be No. 9 and will travel either to Rappahannock.
