After a fabulous bowl of vegetable soup and a chocolate chip cookie that my dad kept eyeing, we dove right into the show. So it was ladies night and there was some good singin' going on. Let's run through it.... March 4, 2008Boys of the 80s ... and Paula's long-windednessLuke Menard sang "Wake Me Up Before You Go" and it was such a lame rendition. And he didn't hit the high notes. I think that could be the worst opener ever. I completely agree with Simon that it sucked. Flat-out. And Paula is in rare form tonight. Just read this news tidbit from Associated Press: "'American Idol' contestant David Hernandez once entertained audiences by removing his clothes instead of singing tunes, a manager at a male strip club in Phoenix told The Associated Press." March 3, 2008How cute is this?The other night I had the neighbor's kids help me blog about the women's performances.
