Virginia families can request free nursing home inspection reports by mailing Center for Quality Health Care Services and Consumer Protection, 3600 West Broad Street, Suite 216, Richmond, VA 23230-4920. Information is also available via the CMS Nursing Home Compare website, which ranks nursing homes on a five-star system.
