It sounds kind of misleading. Were the “drugs” illegal or was she illegally prescribing to patients who did not need them for legitimate purposes? There is a huge difference.

Homeopathic medicine is a tricky business b/c of the FDA. Until it is deemed legitimate, the law will remain loopy when dealing with these incidences.
