		<description><![CDATA[Right.....because it makes MORE sense to have an over bloated foster care system than it does to have children adopted and cared for, saving the state loads in the future when that child becomes a productive member of society.

I swear, you would think the current GOP in the General Assembly would prefer to throw money away and contribute to preventative wasteful spending from the looks of some of their illogical bills. I thought they wanted to cut spending? I guess it is okay to spend more money than necessary when they are legislating their &quot;morals&quot;.
