Ryan back in Virginia; McDonnell on “Meet the Press” this weekend

Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan is in Virginia today, headlining campaign rallies in Henrico County and Fairfax County. This caps a busy seven days of presidential politics in Virginia, where Ryan was introduced last Saturday as Mitt Romney’s running mate. Last night, Ryan headlined a Romney campaign fundraiser in Richmond.

Ryan’s return to the Old Dominion comes on the heels of Vice President Joe Biden’s campaign swing through Southside and Southwest Virginia, which included Biden’s controversial remark in Danville that continues to make headlines. Biden’s remark that Romney’s economic plan would “put y’all back in chains” has been condemned by Republicans and by former Virginia Gov. Douglas Wilder. And a Radford baker has become something of a celebrity after turning down a request from Biden’s advance team to host the vice president on Wednesday.

As the campaigns gear up for the national party conventions, the tone of the campaign is becoming increasingly caustic. That will be a topic of discussion on NBC’s “Meet the Press”this Sunday when Gov. Bob McDonnell, the chairman of the Republican Governors Association, will square of with Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, the chairman of the Democratic Governors Association.

Go Crumb & Get It Cookie Co. Thank you WDBJ (Channel 7) and reporter Orlando Salinas for the free publicity. It seems the media is doing a great job for conservative, tranditional family businesses these days. EAT MORE CHICKEN! & COOKIES!

VP Paul Ryan And The Real 2012 Election Issues
    -
U.S. Representative Paul Ryan (WI-1), the next Vice President of the United States, will bring to the 2012 Election stage what Obama and the Progressives and Liberals and the Democrats all fear the most: A Spotlight On The Real 2012 Election Issues.
    -
Contrary to Obama and his team and his liberal press, this election is not about having enough homosexuals in the military or enough homosexual marriages or if Romney is as wealthy as John Kerry (who married his money), or if Susie can buy enough condoms and birth control pills at the local CVS to ensure she has a happy weekend!
    -
The Real 2012 Election Issues are:
    Jobs
    The Debt and Deficit
Rebirth of the American Free Enterprise System
Support of American Entrepreneurs & Businesspeople
Utilization of America’s Energy Resources and Capacity
    -
Obama and associates will attack Paul Ryan with every nasty thing they can throw; however, out of this ugly brawl will shine a bright light upon the real issues and Obama’s totally failed presidency and dismal leadership record!

The real 2012 election issue is a ticket that has vowed to destroy Social Security and Medicare. The press has done a miserable job separating fact from fiction. Don’t fall for their lies!
