Updated: Obama, Ryan, Biden to make late swings into Virginia
It looks like Virginia will remain a battleground to the bitter end of this presidential election.
Republican candidate Mitt Romney will campaign Thursday in Roanoke, Caroline County and Virginia Beach. President Barack Obama will hold a rally in Bristow, in Prince William County, on Saturday, his campaign announced this afternoon.
First Lady Michelle Obama will be in the state for the president on Friday. Romney’s campaign announced today that GOP vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will headline a rally at Richmond International Airport, at the same hangar where he appeared on the day after the Republican National Convention.
Vice President Joe Biden will campaign in Virginia on Monday, but Obama’s campaign has not said exactly where Biden will appear. State Democrats traditionally have held an election eve fly-around that includes a stop in Roanoke.

So much for rumors that Obama was possibly about to drop Virginia from his campaign schedule.
I think Romney will win in Virginia, but it seems both camps still consider it in play.
Bill Clinton will be here and I supose the RT will pimp for him.
@2 Jim Overfelt:
We’re here covering Mitt Romney in Roanoke County this morning and we’ll presumably be covering Bill Clinton this weekend as well.
We had a virtual horde here in Bonsack for Romney: Mike and me, a photographer, two multimedia folks, one person just to live-tweet and our two international journalists. (I think that’s everybody.)

#2 I guess you don’t like it when the RT covers both campaigns. Jim. Dem or Repub, campaign or no campaign, a former president coming to Roanoke is legitimate news.
