Avery Eliades, our community journalist for our Salem community news site, has been out in western Roanoke County talking to voters.

She found it easy to find Romney supporters, but a lot harder to find an Obama voter.

That shouldn’t be surprising. The precincts she visited voted 63 percent and 68 percent for John McCain four years ago.

    I live in the county and certainly not an Obama supporter and if that becomes the “norm”, I’ll move again.

    I am a Obama Supporter, and I live in SW county and vote in the Windsor Hills District(Back Creek Elementary) go Figure that.
