There’s just one precinct still out in Montgomery County (plus the absentees.)

Without that precinct, Romney leads 17,905 to 17,121 for Obama — this in a county that Obama carried last time and which has been pegged as one of the top swing localities in the nation to watch.

You’d think it would be hard for Obama to make up that margin in one precinct. However, that’s the E-3 precinct, where much of Blacksburg, including many Virginia Tech students, votes.
