I dont think Obamacare will ever be fully implemented. When they start fining people for not buying this product there will be trouble. People wont stand for it.

Governor Ultrasound, after sitting on his butt for three years and doing nothing has now been given an extra 30 days to get his act and create
the exchange. Anybody want to bet that he still does nothing. This whole act is simply more Republican obstructionism to try to delay implementation of the ACA.

It’s amazing the callous nature that McDonnell has against the citizens who voted him into office. It appears he is taking the George Allen approach to advancing his political career.

Yes, let Republicans dictate implementation of the law and make sure further cuts to the safety net are made in the process! The federal exchange will be better for Virginians than anything Governor McDonnell has planned.
The ACA is the law of the land, the time for partisan footdragging is past.

The Governors have had three years to set up the exchanges. They’ve been done in states with Democratic Governors. These guys were so cocky that they were going to win the election and have the ACA repealed that they sat on their hands and did nothing. Obama shojld tell them to go to hell and set up the federal exchange and let them lump it.
