Redistricting moves artwork into the 9th District
Redistricting doesn’t just change political lines.
Last week, it moved a piece of artwork.
Since 1977, a picture of Roanoke College has hung in the congressional office of the congressman representing Salem — first Caldwell Butler, then Jim Olin, and until recently, Bob Goodlatte.
However, with the most recent congressional redistricting, Salem has now moved into the 9th District, represented by Morgan Griffith.
So last week, with the start of a new Congress, Goodlatte passed on the artwork to his colleague. Griffith’s office shares this photo of the handover.

Wow what a nauseating picture.
From one whore to another. I’m surprised that griffith didn’t get coal dust on the picture when he embraced it. Enjoy the next two decades, teabagging lemmings. Every even numbered year, you vote against your interests.
LOL okay there crooked road! You got everything figured out! When are you running for office to fix all of this!
