High winds ground governor, but not questions about Senate redistricting
High winds kept Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell from making a flight this morning to Roanoke to discuss his road, rail and transit proposals in person. But the governor checked in by phone and reporter David Ress was there to ask him about whether he would veto the redistricting plans Senate Republicans approved Monday. Read the account here.
